I have many purchases with this company. They are tried and true!!!

Good seller. No problems with over 5 transactions.

I purchased several codes over the past few years with no trouble. That is, until last week when I spent $25+ on codes that won’t even open. I put it a ticket for customer support, no response. Tried going to their website and “something went wrong.”

Up till a month ago I would have said 5 stars. I received two wrong codes. Bad Moms Christmas and daddy's home. I was charged twice. I put tickets in and have yet to receive a response. I have ordered maybe 100 titles from this site. Never a problem till now. All I want is the proper codes and my 24+ dollars back.

I bought a code from UV Grab, it was a UV HDX code for A Bad Moms Christmas! The code received stated it's for ITunes and when I tried on vudu, the link it gave me with the code, it says something's not right. The code is not working. Contacted customer service about it 4 days ago and still haven't heard anything back from them. They have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Won't buy from them again!!

So I paid for a code, got the email with instructions on how to activate (btw I did purchase a couple codes before from this site), then I used the link provided by UVGrab only to be told that it was "out of stock" and provided with an ID to "contact support", I checked back on their website, and the code was still for sale, so I used their webpage to contact support, provided the ID with the error, waited a week, no answer, contacted again with the same error ID, still no answer, third attempt and its been almost a month since I contacted and haven't received any reply, I cant recommend giving your money to this site, I would go to any other, luckily there is plenty of sites that provide this same service so you can use those.

Bought 2 movies very cheap emailed immediately. No problems. So far so good will use them again.

Normally, its good if it goes well. my order fro the new pirates of the carbean was recently flagged as a fraud cause i was using a personal VPN. Opened multi[ple tickets wiith no feedback. I paid with paypal, so now i have to contest the charge since no one at uvgrab is concerned with customer support.

will still use the service, but man does their customer support suck sweaty balls!

Ordered 2 movies, one I was able to redeem with no issue. The second UV code didn't work and 2 weeks since I sent in the service ticket with no reply from customer service.

I have bought many movies with no problem,but I have bought spotlight twice. I have not received a response on the first ticket which was 40 days ago.

Tried this page for the first time, bought La La Land and within seconds I had it redeemed through my UV account. Worked perfectly.

sorry it has came to this.. I am usually a regular customer. But my most recent order, no codes were delivered. and I get absolutely no reply in email. I will update the review if I receive the codes I ordered.

Took my money for title "GET OUT" and still haven't responded to bad code - even with their customer service saying they would get back to me within 48 hours.
Gave them another chance with "Beauty and the Beast" and it happened again. No longer buying from this site... they are terrible - would have given 0 stars if I could...

Purchased a code for "GET OUT," which didn't work. Soon after I tried to contact them, they issued a statement to all who purchased the movie, saying it was the studio's fault. Later that day, they sent me a replacement code, which did not work. They apologized for that and sent me a third code, which also did not work. I finally requested a refund for this movie, and they have not responded in three days. I'm off to Paypal to issue a complaint and demand a refund.

I love this site it has saved me so much money over just going through vudu or itunes to buy my movies. I just pick out my movies, pay through paypal, and then the code is mailed straight to my email. Then all you do is follow the directions on the code and it is in your collection in a flash. I will continue doing business with this site.

UVGrab is awesome! I've bought 30+ movies in the past 2 years from these guys, never have an issue. Thanks guys!

Bought a movie, successfully took my money, did not send me a code.
Filed a claim with PayPal.
They have also oversold/fake codes. I have 2 codes that i cannot redeem. I contacted customer NOsupport over 13 days ago. Have yet to get a response.

Paid for a movie last night still waiting for the code. I have sent multiple emails to support with any responses, will be contacting PayPal to get refund.

I have used this site a handful of times and it has worked flawlessly each time. I am very pleased with the ease of use, super fast order filling, and great prices. I have also used a similar site and it doesn't work anywhere near the level of this company. They are truly in a league of their own. I plan to use this site exclusively for all future purchases.

The prices are good. They usually have sales. The code is delivered almost immediately.
