I ordered the T-shirt in two sizes because I wasn't sure about the size. I chose one and wanted to return the other one. We do offer customers the option to return items using one of our DHL return labels; however, the return cost is determined directly by the courier rather than by us. For this reason, customers are also welcome to return items using a courier of their own choice, as there may be more cost-effective alternatives available locally.

Disappointing Customer Support from a “Premium” Brand
I usually never write reviews, especially negative ones, because I understand mistakes can happen. But this experience with Uvu was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to share it.
I received a damaged product straight out of the package — the fabric was visibly flawed and the area around the logo had clear quality issues. For a brand positioning itself as premium, this was already frustrating.
What disappointed me even more, however, was the customer support experience. Instead of simply replacing a clearly defective item, I was offered either a 10% refund on a damaged shirt I obviously no longer want to wear, or I had to send the item back for an inspection by Uvu first.
So not only did Uvu ship a flawed product, they also placed the entire burden of resolving the issue onto the customer. As someone with a very busy schedule, I found this approach incredibly frustrating and far from what I would expect from a premium brand.
After this experience, I will not order from Uvu again.

We do have a specific process that we follow when items are reported as faulty. Customers are given the option to return the item to us for inspection and, if a fault is confirmed, we will always aim to provide a replacement subject to stock availability.
However, to save customers the inconvenience of returning the item, we may also offer a partial refund as an alternative resolution.
