Have ordered UV lamps for my water filter for a few years now from this company. They are very competitively priced, ordering is easy online and delivery prompt. This year there was a problem with my filter and so I rang them and spoke to Andrew who advised me of the likely issue. A new part was ordered and within a couple of days our filter was up and running again. One very happy customer here 😊.

I ordered a genuine Sterilight UV lamp…
I ordered a genuine Sterilight UV lamp but received a non OEM copy. I can buy these copies from other suppliers at a third of the price and I do for less critical systems. But I wanted a genuine Sterilight lamp for a critical system. It is sold as a Sterilight & picture on web site has green ends but white ends arrived with no Sterilight markings obviously a copy. I complained and will keep Trust pilot up to date

We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the discrepancy between the product you ordered and received. We understand your concern regarding the authenticity of the UV lamp for your Sterilight UV unit.
Regrettably, we find ourselves in a challenging situation due to actions taken by Trojan themselves (the manufacturer of Sterilight products). Despite our longstanding business relationship of over two decades, they have ceased supplying us with spare parts, citing that since we do not acquire their units, they will discontinue supplying us altogether.
This decision has left us with no choice but to seek alternative sources for non-OEM parts. We've turned to Europe, rather than China, in our search for a suitable alternative. Compounding the issue, Trojan opted to inform us of this decision just before fulfilling a significant order, causing considerable inconvenience in fulfilling commitments to customers such as yourself.
Presently, we are unable to provide OEM parts. Despite exploring various avenues to acquire them, Trojan has cleverly prevented us from obtaining them even through third-party channels.
Please note that while you ordered a Sterilight UV lamp, what you received was a compatible replacement component from one of our European lamp manufacturers. These manufacturers produce high-quality alternatives that are designed to fit Sterilight UV systems. As a result of our manufacturing procedures, these replacement lamps may feature either green or white end connections.
We acknowledge your feedback and assure you that we take your concerns seriously. Our aim is to provide reliable solutions for your UV system, and we regret any confusion or disappointment this situation may have caused. We are committed to resolving this matter promptly and to your satisfaction and we have emailed you directly regarding this.
