I had an issue with my order and they are very quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. Very good customer service I will be ordering from Uxoclub again.

Now we will see how long it last. Lots of lube is must. But the feeling is super. If it had just a little more suction would be nice. Over all worth every penny!

it was the first time I had ever purchased mu wife a toy; she had been less interested in playing lately. I still utilize this whenever I can, Even after she came back. It feels great and is really simple to clean.

I order product from this place and never got it. And they sent a message to activate PayPal I didn't use PayPal I used my debit card and I have not received what I paid for. But it has come to my attention that Amazon drivers are stealing packages. They are dropping them off at there own house or they drop the packages off at a friend's house. I drive for a living And when you see a Amazon truck in a parking lot and they are unloading packages into a car or van you should call the police and report it I know the next time I do I'm calling the law and the amount of people having to call the place they bought the merchandise from and say hey where is my merchandise has triple in the state of Arkansas

My all-time favorite toy is this one, which is incredibly well- made. It is sure to please every time. I was happy with the gift that my spouse gave me. I was sure this toy would cost much more, considering how nicely constructed it is, but I recently found out the exact price. The silicone is quite flexible and cleans up quickly.

When i was shipped the original unit, it didn't work at all. However the company was easy to communicate with and they immediately shipped a replacement which i might add, work incredible.

Never would I have thought that a machine could deliver such a blow! This is amazing and incredibly satisfying. The size is great but a bit too small s the mouth piece has ripped and wouldn't suck anymore but the motion is perfect. ! 100% satisfied

This thing is next level! The suction in this thing is strong for what it is. The spinning piece has some good modes. Does not have any “stroke” to it..it’s more of a wash cycle. All in all huge win with this purchase to experience something new and different.

UXOL advertises as being about customer service. 24/7. That is false advertising. Have a bad product from them, and they won’t return my texts or take care of the problem. Very poor company to deal with, stay away. If I could give them zero stars, that’s how I’d rate them. Scammers.

Can’t cancel my order and get my money back. They’ve said that they already started preparing and can’t cancel it, i’ve been sending emails about canceling the same day that I n made purchase yet no one answered. Now since I can’t cancel, I asked when will they ship it since I bought it on December 30th, and no response since. Support is completely useless. $102 USD scam
