worst experience and what i hoped to be the best day ever
Initially the price negotiations were good we had meetings and discussed and agreed on exactly what we wanted for our wedding with one female photographer for the bride and one male videographer. We sent an itinerary of what we wanted doing and at what time to in certain places i.e. home / hotel / wedding venue etc. So the male videographer was not from her own company and was outsourced separately. Although he was nice and on time the video quality was poor. Furthermore him and the female photographer kept getting in each others way, had different ideas and didn't have good communication which wasted time and looked bad. The photographer went completely off schedule taking random pictures of unnecessary wall art etc and taking several pictures of the same thing including family photos which made everyone tired and frustrated. the photographer even got lost and went to the hotel and hour late and came back to the venue over 2 hours late! my family got so upset and angry. I informed Uzma and didn't even get an apology. I warn you now not to use uzmas unless you want a disaster. we'll always remember our wedding as one of the worst days ever just because of her company.
