This is the second set of cards I have ordered for my company, and the service couldn't be better! Ronald Villanueva was wonderful to work with on the creation of the cards and Nelli has been equally amazing whenever I have had questions about using the NFC cards!

Cards work great, Anytime we need help they are amazing. Nelli was fantastic and helped guide me through the issue i was having.

System doesn't work very well. tapping your card onto someone else's phone doesn't capture a prospects details, so not useful for being in control of leads. Also, the system doesn't work in rooms with poor phone signal, so not ideal for all networking events. Requested a refund within 30 days and was rejected by a very unhelpful customer service agent (Shem).

I had issues with my login but Shem was a great help. Prompt and straightforward. Instructions were easy and clear. I thought they were going to leave me in the dark with some bot at first, but it was transferred to a human! We still need human connection amidst all these AI driven frenzies
