Prices doubled in a year

Prices doubled in one year. On way back from Heathrow T2 we were driven past other terminals so it took 30mins to get to the parking lot. Half an hour to go to your parked car is just not acceptable when you have paid £270 for 10 days.

DO NOT USE Purple Parking Heathrow T3 Scratched My Car Won't take Responsibility

Parked car with Purple Parking at Heathrow T3 as used before, after travelling back delayed from America for approx 30 hours got back to my car and drove home, a couple of days later I noticed a massive scratch on the roof of my car (You don't normally check the car roof for scratches & certainly not after being awake that long) made complaint and they just hid behind their terms & conditions, will not be using again despite doing so for a few years as I don't want my car returned all scratched.

I wish I could give 0

I wish I could give 0.

I was trying to amend the ticket and on the section there was a cancel button, thinking that I would cancel the amendment of the ticket, instead it cancelled the whole booking. I called right away and they seem pretty glad I did so as they were telling me I can't get money back, nor the ticket could be reinstated. They got what they wanted at the end, free money, which is what this companies are always after. I lost hope in humanity and these scams are taking over the whole world. I wish one day they would leave us in peace.

Please be wary their parking lot is nowhere near the airport terminal they are advertising for. It also says free cancellation but in their terms & conditions they make it impossible to receive your cash back and only offer a voucher to use for future parking that I will never ever use. Don’t use them unless you want a headache and have your day ruined.

Didn’t answer the phone for pick up

Didn’t answer the phone for pick up
Or respond to messages left.
Parked cars so close to others we had to wait for other passengers to return before being able to access vehicle.
At Luton , next time would just book parking in car park 1 as getting to the pick up involved multiple lifts.

Best Meet & Greet I have used!

Having been let down badly by other companies in the past when it comes to meet & greet parking especially when collecting the car and finding over 100 miles on the clock, I was a little wary about using this type of parking again.

However I needn’t have worried at all, handover at T3 Heathrow was seamless and professionally done. When I telephoned on our return the car was delivered to the car park and we had a wait of no longer than 5 minutes. The condition of the car was exactly as when we handed over and the car had only 6 miles on the clock which was about what I would expect.
Again handover was professional and seamless and we were on the road within an hour of landing at Heathrow. I am very happy to recommend Purple Parking whether it is Meet & Greet or at their car park in Hounslow, everything is run professionally and the staff are very good.
Having used both services at PP, and I will continue to use them going forward on future departures from London Heathrow.

Purple Parking at Southend is the pits.

Would not use Purple Parking at Southend again. You leave your car on an uneven piece of waste ground at the back of an industrial estate. Vintage vehicle enthusiasts will love the airport transfer buses as they're ancient. At the airport you're dropped off not at the terminal entrance but a nearby car park. You then navigate over uneven ground to the terminal building hoping that the wheels don't fall off your suit case or it starts to rain because you're going to get soaked. Same in reverse upon return. To my great surprise, my car hadn't been stolen, vandalised or used in a robbery as a get away vehicle ! Pay the extra and use the parking at the airport.

Dreadful experience Purple car parking Gatwick

I booked parking and hotel with Purple parking. Brought my car to the usual place. I was told that I had made a mistake, and that I had actually booked to take my car somewhere else, and that ‘when I drive to this other place, some other person would drive me back to where I was standing at that very moment’. I asked what the alternative was, and the guy said that I could pay an additional £105 and they would handle things from here.
I asked how they could justify the amount, given that he claimed the ‘other place’ was only a 5 minute drive away. He shrugged his shoulders.
I took my car up two more levels and left it in Short term parking.
This is a dreadful way to behave to a 74 year old woman travelling alone. I asked the man what would he think is someone spoke to his mother like this. He wasn’t moved.

I was conned into booking a hotel +…

I was conned into booking a hotel + parking. The hotel was in the middle of nowhere and the reservation was made for the day of the flight, however they said I needed to book a day before in order to have a night at the hotel. Something that should have been explained clearly on the website. To make matters worse worse, I drove to Gatwick- since I wasn’t going to leave my car parked 10 miles away from the airport (why do they even offer this on their website?!) and when I got there I was charged again for a new booking since they didn’t want amend the initial booking. Terrible costumer service. The lack of empathy and consideration (I was return client) was flabbergasting. Be very careful before booking with this company. No morals behind the business. Pure scam!

Impossible to contact ,

Just booked parking and once they receive your payment the website then asks for you to select your flights and upon doing so it has automatically amended my selected arrival time from 3 hours before my flight to 1 hour , and to top it off they wish to charge you via a third party helpline for calling to speak to someone

DONT USE PURPLE PARKING

After leaving my car on the evening of the 12th February, I woke to an alert on my phone informing me my car had been in a collision whilst in the Heathrow car park. I returned from my trip on Monday 17th February and went to collect my car. I immediately inspected my car and found a large scuff on the front valance. Despite discussing the issue with the manager it became quickly obvious they weren’t going to accept they had damaged my car.
DO NOT USE PURPLE PARKING IF YOU TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR CAR.
I won’t be setting foot in a Purple Parking ever again.
If I could give zero stars i would.

Picked up my car at midnight in freezing temperature

Picked up my MG4 from Purple Parking Gatwick last night just before midnight. Upon arrival, I was advised I was early as the car had been booked until 2am. It was just above freezing outside and I was dreading another 2-hour wait before getting into a frozen vehicle, but PP were so efficient, I only waited 3 minutes before my car was delivered to the door of their facility. As it had been parked in a multi-story carpark I didn't need to clear any ice and was on my way in minutes. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND EXTREMELY FRIENDLY STAFF. Thank you Purple Parking. See you on my next trip!

Never again use Purpleparking

Hi, I booked parking at airport and after few days I get email that I can upgrade my booking "no fly cover for £1.50 up to 48H" so I clicked on that and insisted to pay £1.50 I paid whole amount again plus £1.50 so I lost £50!!!, when contacted with Purpleparking company 2 days before booking (and on time when I see on my banking statement) they told me that I made separate bookings and now is to late !!!!! it is ridiculous never use this company again be careful!!!!
Now after my email, and clarified all things all ok and I get refunded, but it supposed to be automatically blocked double booking on the same car registration in the same time on the same parking , then I change review to 5 stars as this problem takes me few hours...

Expensive but good

Communication was good and service was professional. If you could reduce your charges by maybe 10% it would be 5 stars
