Personal service from V4 again. V4 are really easy to deal with and the customer service is the best.

Refusing to refund incorrect charges, and refusing to supply me with their complaints policy.

V4 are always pro-active, keep me informed ( as with the recent full fibre installation) overcoming earlier problems with Openreach.

They are always quick to answer phone calls, no long wait and put you through quickly compared to companies with “option choices” and long delays.

Dev in particular with the on- going Openreach saga was quick to resolve the problem.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The consultant was very professional, willing to listen and flexible to satisfy my needs.

I was contracted by V4 Consumer to carry out a broadband and telephone installation for one of their customers. The appointment was arranged through their team, and I attended as agreed. The work was completed successfully, and the customer was pleased with the result.

After completing the job, I submitted my invoice as instructed and was advised that payment would be processed promptly. However, despite numerous follow-up emails and phone calls to both the original contact and the accounts department, I have not received payment or a clear update regarding the outstanding invoice.

My review is based solely on my experience as a subcontracted telecom engineer. While the customer installation went smoothly, I have been disappointed by the lack of communication regarding payment after the work was completed.

I was assisted by malik and he was very respectful and helpful in setting up my broadband and reducing our payments

Shayonie from V4 did a bespoke contract of 12 months for me as I didn't want to enter in to a 24 month contract, she was very easy to talk to and very helpful

Customer service is second to none especially Sanjay who helped me set up my mums phone with no issues. My mum has been really unwell and this ran smoothly which is great for my mum. The internet speed is brilliant and was able to set up my mums telly so quickly. Really can't fault V4. I highly recommend V4. Can't thank you guys enough.
