Good job of organizing with technical support the network repair , resolving the problem caused by someone else.

Reported a fault after a year with them staff Aparupa Roy was very prompt and professional in helping me get service back ,within 2 days . Highly recommended.

Always daunting switching from one brand to anouther and setting up home broad band for the first time, I found V4consumer and Leonardo extremely helpful, with great contact and excellent customer service , he made me feel at ease knowing that all is set up well and could call upon him any time. April called me about a year before my contract was up with the previous provider. I told her that we couldn't get fiber yet at our address. She followed up all that time later when fiber was now available and offered me a good price too. She explained everything in great detail and clarity. April was friendly and made me feel confident with the switch which is happening soon.

Mac helped me get the best option of V4 internet connection, landline and SIM card deals. He is very professional and patient and was a pleasure to deal with.

Spoke with Arpa B this morning and the level of service was great from start to finish.

Explained everything step by step as if I was reading a guide and was able to complete my upgrade within 1 call that was less than 20 mins

Great customer experience with V4

I found the young lady I spoke to very pleasant and polite .Nothing was a problem and she had my phone line sorted out in minutes. Big relief .

Fault reported and technical support guided me through the whole process of rectifying the fault and followed up with tests vo ensure all was well.

Arpa rang me & asked if he could help me set up my new V4 router. I was delighted that he reached to me as I was putting off setting it up as I'm not that tech savvy. With his patience & his calm tone, he guided me through the process. He made it seem so easy & I was so grateful he had called me to help me out. He helped me connect my computer to the Internet using my new password. I knew how to connect my TV. I spent the rest of the afternoon connecting my other devices. I'm now set with my new router installed. I must thank Arpa for his kindness as he guided me through the installation process. He didn't rush me. He was absolutely marvellous & I'm so glad he decided to call me. Arpa thank you.

My Customer Service Representative Arpa Bhattacharya was great! He was patient in guiding me through every technical step, making sure I follow, and did every possible test before moving the issue to an Openreach engineer. Made sure I wouldn't be charged with the visit.
