Doesn't matter what shipping you pay for it still just comes as standard shipping which is longer than the 3-5 days ,usually about 8 or 9 days. You cannot contact them they don't reply to anything ever .

I’ve sent 3 emails and had zero response.
They only seem to want your money, & show no concern for customer after care.

I bought a new glass for my tank and it hasn't shown.
I bought it on Wednesday the 1st of June, paying extra for the "express next working day delivery". It is now Friday night and it hasn't shown up. After digging around on the royal mail website, I found out that they do not deliver on bank holidays (which I completely understand isn't your fault) but had I known this, I wouldn't have payed the extra £7.95 for next day. Hopefully the glass will be delivered tomorrow, but for now, 2 stars.
