VA care is worthless

1 star is to to many. Can't believe this score isn't tweeked. No human capable of critical thoughts would even consider trusting the VA with general health care. They can't recamend anything that isn't FDA aproved for starters. That's why diet and exercise are never recamended. Or you can put more masks on lol. For those of you vets who want to run that gauntlet I wish you the best of luck. You're better off leaving the country for any type of issues you may be having. 15 years dealing with this worthless government run $hitshow has accomplished nothing but debt and more issues. DO NOT TRUST THE VA WITH ANYTHING. If you do you will pay a price one way or the other and chances are real good you will be left in worse shape when it's over. Use at your own risk should be the VA headline.

This is a totally different company organization. We do not deal with the VA (Veterans Association). We handle virtual assistants for healthcare professionals. We are NOT a government organization that works with Veterans. I think you are addressing another organization called VA.gov which is a healthcare government organization for veterans. I am sorry you are dealing with a problem from that government organization. Would you please be able to remove this review as it doesnt pertain to us. Please visit our website, its www.va.care not .gov we are not a government organization. Thank you in advance.

They give you the runaround to get…

They give you the runaround to get referrals to cardiologists or orthopedics your doctor sends in your stuff then the VA says they need something else that you tell the doctor and they said we sent it in and it’s back-and-forth and then you call the Patient Advocate and they tell you if you can go get the stuff it’ll speed it up all the while you’re having heart problems and they don’t give a crap that’s the VA

We are NOT the veteran’s association. But we do apologize for your inconvenience. We are a virtual assistant service. We have nothing to do with the Veterans Association. I believe you are referring to VA.gov which is a government program that we do not have any affiliation with. our VA stands for Virtual Assistants, not the Veterans Association.

I would have liked for staff to be more experienced and trained

I would have liked for staff to be more experienced and trained in handling and working front office. The staff that I have are really great in personality and have great customer care. They are timely and able to accept instruction. I have received positive feedback about them from patients which is always a plus. As I always want my patients to feel respected when they contact the office. They lack knowledge in the operations of medical front office operations and procedure. So there is alot of training and revisiting procedure. Not expected if agency advertise to provide medical skills trained professionals.

I just had a recent stay at the VA in…

I just had a recent stay at the VA in Pittsburgh Pa. The staff was absolutely awesome. My first day of my stay was on the 10th of January. My procedure was schedule early morning. The staff on the third floor in the was totally awesome. Had me laughing until I went to sleep to do the procedure. They treated me with respect and they were very diligent in doing their job. Eric, Donnie and others can’t remember their names thank you for making my procedure comfortable. You all rock at your job. I was then admitted to the fourth floor for monitoring of a new medicine I was going to start. Each and everyone in my four day stay was great. They were very attentive and just made you feel comfortable and safe. Doctor Cross is a definite asset to the medical staff at the VA. Clarissa, Christine, Anna and several others were awesome. My night nurse on Thursday night was so concerned about my blood pressure and was very kind and respectful. I can’t remember her name she was an African American and she was absolutely a rock star in my book. Even though my stay was brief it was a relaxing and comfortable stay. I felt like I was in great hands. The VA staff at the Hospital in Oakland, in Pittsburgh Pa was good. Even though I am glad to be going home but I had a very comfortable stay and felt very respected. Thank you. George Moore.

We are glad you had an excellent stay at the VA. But we are not a VA Hospital. We provide virtual assistants for the healthcare industry
