Don't book with them. Customer care zero !

Booked training with these people. It was then moved to different dates a few times before I cancelled it and asked for my refund, which I'm still waiting 2 weeks down the line . Their communication is zero .

Looking at your booking I noticed that you did not make use of your booking portal which offers you full control for only a 1single transfer and a automatic refund if you cancel. As part of the terms and conditions failure to attend could be a reason why you can not claim a refund. Great staff. Friendly environment, made provision for an urgent space and time that I needed to do something else.

MANDATORY COURSE MADE EASY BY ADMIRE

Wao Admire really taught and made me understand when and how to carry out CPR and making use of HOIST.
The hand-on practical demostration was top notch.
Admire makes the class an interactive one and no one slept, it was'nt a bored class with him.
