Nice place, but...

Nice place, tasteful fittings, new airconditioning, nice view from a big terrace, a lot of useful things in the finca. But a lot of the elements were not in the best state or condition - most of all in the kitchen (for example: there was a tv, but a very small one; there was a pool, but a small one; there were only two direct neighbours, but a lot of dogs in the area barking allday and night; there was a washing machine, but a very old one; there was a very used road to the next village very close and very loud...). That was not all right for that price. We would not return.

Cas Ferrerico

We enjoyed an absolutely fantastic holiday in this wonderful holiday home, Cas Ferrerico. Situated in an idyllic spot right on the beach, it truly is paradise found.
The owners could not do enough to help us enjoy our stay in this extremely well equipped and comfortable house. Everything was perfect in order to enjoy a peaceful and stress free holiday.
We would love to return one day to this wonderful property.

BEWARE

We booked a villa in Majorca at the start of March 21, paying the deposit. We booked flights and car hire separately.
We emailed Vacalia with four weeks before departure to ask when they wanted the balance. An email came back to inform us that there was a double booking and there was no villa!
Sorry, here’s your deposit, end of.
We could find no alternative accommodation therefore we lost over £600 on the car hire and had to take vouchers for the flights.
Vacalia seem to be an amateur holiday company who make up rules as they go along. They have no morals or standards.
Book with them at your own risk.

Horrible service in times of COVID!!

Very bad customer service. Booked a vacation home for August through their website, but due to a negative travel advice from our government we are not allowed to travel to Mallorca. Vacalia offers absolutely no service and tells us we can either cancel and loose the deposit or pay the last payment and travel despite the travel advice from out government. You would think they would be a little more cooperative in times like these. Never again Vacalia!!!

Definitely don't trust Vacalia!!
Our booking already happened last year and everything went smoothly up to and including the payment of the deposit and the tourist tax 1 week before the start of the trip, to receive an email 2 days before departure with the announcement that the booking was cancelled! !
In the end we had to choose a different holiday home last minute (which was still available) To then have a number of discussions on site about the payment of the tourist tax, of which I received 2 times an email in advance with proof of payment.
VACALIA NEVER AGAIN!!

Worst customer service ever experienced

Absolutely shocking customer service after such a good start last year. We booked for August 20 but due to the travel restrictions were unable to go so contacted Vacalia to move the booking. They gladly did it so we were planning to visit April 21. Once again travel restrictions from the UK mean we cannot go. Contacted Vacalia again to request another amendment but we are now repeatedly told that as Spanish borders will be open we can still travel and the booking cannot be amended. How can we travel when the UKs own government has told us holidays overseas are not permitted? I have reiterated this to Vacalia but this appears to be difficult for them to understand, despite explaining it as simply as possible. Four emails sent this week on this subject, not one reply. Totally unprofessional and extremely poor customer service considering there is a worldwide pandemic causing them to lose customers. Can safely say they have now lost our custom and the custom of anyone who asks us about them
