Having used this company for many years, I will not use again. Transport driver should be in the WRC, the office staff are incompetent, probably due to being "stoned" out of their minds ( office smelt like an amsterdam coffee shop). Other couple who got dropped off at same time got to the car to find a tarp over the car with a tyre on top. Very very poor.

Never use this company. Completely disorganised. It took them over an hour to collect us from the airport once we landed. I would stay away from this company.

Excellent service. We needed to book parking urgently due to a mix up on our part and I cannot stress highly enough how delighted we were with the service at very short notice. I can see the number of poor reviews for this company but I have to say that this was not our experience

If could give zero stars I would!!

Not the only Charlatans to come out of Manchester!!!

SHORT STORY: DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS!!
Turned away because full, despite pre-booking. Did not provide service paid for, contract not fulfilled basically.

DETAILED VERSION:
Arrived in plenty of time, i.e. 04:30 (for an 08:30 European departure).

Pulled up to entry barrier - stopped by security, waving his hands at us. "I can't let you in". We said we have a booking. He tells us "I don't have any room for you, we are full. We protest and show our confirmation , only to be told "the boss has opened the floodgates and we have no space, there's nothing I can do". Arrogant and rude, couldn't have cared less.

You'll love this part, he then advised us this gem..."You can park it down the road, in the free bays, where all the airport parkers park them. If on return, you find your car with extra miles on and muddy, you know where it's been"!! Unbelievable!! You couldn't make this, ahem, "nonsense" up!!

We had NO choice but to drive round to the airport and look for an alternative on the spot! It was not easy but thanks to an absolute star ("H") we got in at T2 East - to the extra tune of £155!! What a good job my better half suggested leaving an hour earlier than we needed to! We would have missed our flight otherwise and lost a £2k holiday.

We asked for the boss' number only to be given a card with a mobile number on that "only comes through to this hut and the boss isn't here"! Useful!

Several arrivals after us were turned away and also left in the lurch.

The sign on the wall saying Trading Standards approved is a joke. I will be contacting them, even if the refund is made. And the Police, who allegedly also endorse them, regarding the known illegal activity surrounding the parking bays.

2 weeks later, we have not yet received a reply from our email (which I ensured I sent straight away, from the departure lounge, to prove the time, in case of any dispute).

Not only do we want a refund, I think compensation for having to pay an extra £155 as a result is warranted. What do you suppose our chances of either are!

Finally, we booked this service directly from the Manchester Airport car parking website i.e airport parking manchester dot com/airport-parking where it's listed as "Manchester Trusted Park & Ride - Outdoor". Cannot believe this shambles has any sort of endorsement. I will be contacting them as well to suggest they remove any affiliation - because ours is not an isolated incident.

Dodgy company! They are known as "Sky Parks", have "Vacation Care Car Parking" on the contact card and companies house list their status as "Active proposal to strike off"

We used this service numerous times in the past, but it clearly has changed hands since!

Please note, the quote marks depict verbatim what was said to us, we both have excellent memories! Plus it was that ridiculous, you tend to remember!!

JUST AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ignore the reviews at your own peril.

Where do I start!!!
Chapter 1 - The Check in.
The service when we got to the car parking was terrible at least 20 people waiting from a minibus to the airport. Cars queuing to get in and out, vans speeding around the car park, a miracle no one was ran over. The manager was even offering to give customers £10 to get their own taxi to airport if they were going to miss their check in times. We had plenty of time but still had to wait over 30 mins to get our transfer to the airport.
Chapter - 2
We got into a transit van that was held together with Gaffer tape, there is no way this vehicle would have passed an MOT, totally un roadworthy and illegal to on the road. The driver looked like someone off World war Z. Teeth like a burnt down fence and obviously under the influence of Weed or even something stronger, the smell of cannabis in the van was overwhelming. he drove the van like he had just stolen it. My 10 year old daughter was terrified, as were the poor Eastern European couple who were attempting to get back to Poland. Vin Diesel would of been proud of his driving however me and the other passengers were terrified. We arrived at terminal 2 and went on our Holiday thinking that surely this must be one off and the return journey after our holiday couldn't possible be any worse.
Chapter 3.
The long Journey home.
We arrived at the exit area and called the pick up no.
No answer!!! we tried a further 4 times, after finally getting through we went to the pick up area where we waited for an hour with people who had been there longer than us. When we did eventually get picked up by the same standard of driver and vehicle as before, they loaded 10 of us into an 8 seater taxi. the same driving ensued to get us back to the office where we waited another 30 minutes to get in our vehicle that stunk of cannabis just like the van we had just got out of.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THIS SERVICE IS AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN, THIS COMPANY NEEDS SHUT DOWN BEFORE ANY INNOCENT PEOPLE ARE SERIOUSLY INJURED OR WORSE EVEN KILLED.
This review is totally accurate I have not exaggerated anything, for your own safety and that of your family do not use this service.

Utterly pathetic. Plane landed. 1.5hours later stood outside in the cold and decided to pay for a cab and had to walk up the car park ramp. Complete unorganised cowboys. No apologies or explanation. Avoid like the plague

Chaos on both journeys. Long waits to get a bus to the terminal. The bus itself was falling apart and the ride was too fast and honestly dangerous, with people and bags being thrown about. Long queues of people waiting and it seems they only had 1 minivan trying to do all pick ups and drop offs. Upon our return, we then had to wait well over half hour to get back to the car. Again the bus was falling to bits. We returned and our car had been driven to the from by the office where other customers were leaning against it with their suitcases. The inside stunk of weed. Not a happy customer and would never use again. AVOID

WARNING! They charge an extra £10 per person to take you to and from the airport so add this to the cost you're going to pay.

This is a very basic service with minibuses in poor condition and drivers who drive as fast as possible throwing you around in the back. I would not use them again.

Excellent service, good value for money.
Driver 'Disco Dave' is a real character, who brightens up the otherwise tedious journey from airport to parking area. Fun, but professional.
