Vacation Saga helped me rent my properties in Chania a few times both short terms and for longer terms as well. The team is very accommodating, very pleasant to work with and speak fluent English.

iT IS CERTAILY A SCAM, FOR OWNERS!
MY EXPERIENCE WAS ABSOLUTELY NEGATIVE!
THEIR PROMISE TO BRING PEOPLE FROM SCANDINAVIA DURING FALL AND WINTER IS COMPLETELY FAKE. IN ADDITION THE INFORMATIONS ABOUT MY PROPERTY ON THEIR SITE WERE FALSE, ALTHOUGH THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO PICK THEM FROM AN OFFICIAL SITE WHERE THE PROPERTY WAS LISTED! AND WHEN I MESSGED THEM TO CORRECT THE ERRORS THEY SIMPLY DIDN'T RESPOND!
SO, DON'T EVER LIST YOUR PROPERTY AT VACATION SAGA!

I really liked the communication, they were very nice and sincerely tried to find best solution.
The only thing I didn’t like that they didn’t respond immediately.

A nice team which tries a lot to meet the needs both of the owners and the tenants. The use of modern application such as whats up helps to make communication much easier and affordable to everyone. The ream is ready to overcome all the difficulties that might arise during the negotiations.

I cannot recommend this agency enough. Even though we didn’t end up finding a place through them, of the dozens of realtors we contacted, this agency rep was the most helpful. They did everything possible to find us a suitable place. In the end, we left for another island, but please consider using them for your rental needs!

I am an owner in Athens. It took me months to find the right tenant for my appartment. Finally it happened thanks to Vacation Saga. Would like to thank Vikas, one of their agents. He helped me a lot and we had a great communication.

I’m settled in very well now to the long-term rental apartment that Vacation Saga and Abhay in particular helped me find. I found the traditional agents mostly very unresponsive (or rude) and online advertisements were often not up to date or duplicated by several agencies. Vacation Saga actually understood what to do. Their online agent sent me many photos of available properties, honed these for price and requirements, and the on-the-ground agent met me to show me around (and meet the owner when s/he was free). All properties I visited were owned by Greek nationals (as I wanted), who, like me, had decided to avoid traditional agents. All the paperwork was done in person with the owner and with lawyers. When I said I’d prefer not to send documents to go to the owner through Vacation Saga, Abhay completely understood and we arranged an in-person meet with the owner. It’s best to think of Vacation Saga for long-term rentals as an introduction agency, like traditional agencies, but one that, for a change, does its job extremely well. I didn’t find a property that was too expensive. For the charge and the work involved, I got really good value and have already recommended the company to friends.

Their rental business MIGHT be legitimate but paying a fee for for then to list your property would be money wasted and I suspect its a scam.
