False Claims, No Refund — Completely Untrustworthy

I bought the Austin Air Bedroom Machine expecting it to reduce VOCs, as advertised. Not only did it fail to lower chemical levels, but VOCs actually spiked while the unit was running — suggesting the device may have off-gassed itself.

After returning it in pristine condition with signature delivery, the seller went silent. No refund, no response — despite repeated follow-ups. It’s now been over two weeks since they received the unit.

This is not just poor service — it's deceptive and evasive behavior.
False marketing + no accountability = avoid at all costs.
