FAIL: Vaer A12 Dirty Dozen watch

Purchased a Vaer A12 Dirty Dozen 40mm Swiss Automatic watch from Vaer for $1,199.00 in August 2025. Watch failed within a week, wouldn't wind. Vaer repaired under warranty, watch failed again January 2026. Crown grinding, unable to wind more than x12, crown will not go into set position. Have been emailing Vaer's cust svce for over one week: crickets. Very frustrating dealing with Vaer. Lousy customer service. Products are touted as USA-assembled, yet the unspoken truth is that the mechanisms are cheap overseas lightweight junk. Vaer's marketing ploy is surfer-culture care-for-the-planet but the now non-existent product support & ignoring their warranty problem products is unacceptable. Would NOT recommend the products from Vaer.
