Just bought the Vagaro software two weeks ago. I am not impressed with it but so diappointed in customers support. It takes for ever to speak to a support person and also having issue with Vagaro to tranfer our funds to my business account. So far not a good experience!

I have had a few technical hitches possibly due to the system being so new and the fact all the team are currently self employed. I am slowly starting to get to grips with the system. I had problems with the card machine connections not being compatible with the Mac Book so need to order another one. I feel more training would be good. I’ve not yet being able to put bookings on marketplace or do the website that we pay for either so these are things I do need help with.

Vagaro has been a nightmare. I have been using online scheduling for my acupuncture practice for 15 years. Schedulicity was the platform I used and was very happy with their user interface on both practitioner and patient end. Unfortunately they were purchased by Vagaro and it has been nothing but problem after problem. Simple things like only scheduling on the hour or half hour. It changed and locked several of my patient names. Patients have been complaining left and right about the user end as well. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I have been using VAGARO for over 14 years! This is the easiest online booking ever. I love you can make online DEALS and turn them on and off when your slow and busy!

I have used Vagaro for years, however now that I own my own business, Vagaro has been a tremendous help as I am able to use them both as my website and booking system. The custsomer service is outstanding. My only complaint is the card reader. It didn't work at all despite Vagaro's assistance, so I had to fall back on square for card charges unfortunately.

Sketchy....Business requires Credit Card supplied to 3rd party in order to book even a pre-paid service (groupon etc.).
Shows "open at 8am/8pm, Walk ins welcome" but, empty...? I went during biz. hours, PRE-PAID for service only to be directed to 3rd party pressuring for my credit card info. to book appt.
ALSO - Address has 3 different Co. names. OLNJ, Mirror Mirror & Vargo. Would not recommend providing your Credit Card info., As for the groupon - the honest thing would be to post
"Credit card needed to a 3rd party that handles booking".
