I recently purchased a full parking sensor kit from them. I checked if everything was plug and play and if they were able to provide everything I needed. The kit turned up with some very crudely Rope wiring/ pin locations on a bit of scrap paper. Unfortunately not all the wiring instructions We're included. I was then ignored for a number of days until I threatened to charge back on my bank until he actually responded to me. They were still unable to provide the correct pinning and in fact gave me incorrect pinning a number of times

Having found the product I wanted fitted to my Audi Q5 FY on their website, (Reversing Camera) I had a few questions and all emails were answered by Rafal promptly and politely. I made arrangements for the work to be done at my home on the following Friday at 11AM and at 11AM on Friday the doorbell rang. The Polish engineer was very pleasant and having conversation with him during the time he was here it was obviouse he really knew his stuff, the car was left as he found it, everything replaced perfectly, and I now have a reversing camera the same as if I had purchased the Car from Audi with it fitted.
Highly recommend them, and cheaper than most of the competition too.

Edit: An update to this review. During the time the engineer was at my home doing the work on my car, we discussed what other work they could do for me. I was interested in one upgrade ye spoke about and asked him to confirm it and get me a price. He told me it would be about a week before he could due to other comitments. I waited two weeks and nothing, I emailed him to remind him and he asked for a few more days, Over a week later I emailed again, I have never heard from them since, it appears Once they have your money you mean nothing to them, it must be wonderful to have so much work you don't give a damn about your current customers. Be warned!
