Customer Support is non-existant
While I know the product is good (my partner owns one) I am disappointed with my own purchase experience so far.
I ordered the bike light (VK-Q5) but when the package arrived, it contained a completely unrelated item, a small book cover bag (?), instead of the light. The parcel even had two labels on it, one with my name and another with someone else’s, which clearly shows a mix-up during shipping or handling during customs.
I contacted customer support the same day with a detailed explanation, including photos and a video as proof. I also offered reasonable solutions: either contact the shipping company, resend the correct item or issue a refund so I could reorder.
It has now been over a week, and I have received zero response. I followed up again today.
Mistakes can happen and I understand that. But completely ignoring a customer when something goes wrong is unacceptable. At this point, I’m left with no option but to consider a chargeback through my bank if I don't receive an answer again for another week.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious until this company improves its customer service and communication.
