I booked a 'book now' ferry with DFDS…
I booked a 'book now' ferry with DFDS through vakantieveilingen. Paid directly with a visa and downloaded my waardebon. I tried to reserve the ferry the same evening but i immediately got the message 'uw waardebon is niet geaccepteerd'. I have tried using google chrome, internet explorer, firefox - booking through DFDS, through the E-mail they sent me and through VakantieVeilingen website but my code always gets a message 'niet geldig' or 'niet geaccepteerd'.
I have been able to get in touch with the company which a good point but until the problem is not resolved. I have also contacted DFDS as suggested by one of klantenservice personeel at VakantieVeilingen but they also couldn't help.....
After my last conversation with VakantieVeilingen, friendly staff, but i'm still waiting to hear from the hoofdkantoor and I've already had to make many calls...
Eventually managed to book, hopefully our travelling goes ok in December!

This company obtained my email address illegaly and will not stop sending their crap emails despite me using the unsunscribe button. (I never subscribed to them or any of their partners).

Great value and quality on most
Great value and quality on almost everything but have to say just a few ruin it for others. So far all bedding has been really bad now I avoid that. Most sauna experiences have been good. Cutlery also great. Cant complain.
