The customer service was great. I waited aliile longer than i am accustomed to waiting for one item because they ran out of it. All in all I love the items I have now received.

Poor quality fabric, poor sizing. Return/Exchange Policy is a joke. I tried to return 4 items for the above issues. They made 4 different offers for reimbursement. I gave up trying to get the full amount I was owed and excepted a reduced amount just to get it over with.
My recommendation: Don't buy from this company!

This company is a TOTAL SCAM. Do not buy anything from them. They will do everything possible to deny returns or refund you full payment. If you do return anything, it must be shipped to Dubai and you will pay shipping. They only offer a small portion of your payment in return after you ship the package with tracking and they receive it. Who knows when you will see any money.

The sweaters are a little big but doable. Nice quality.

Your customer service is not very good. I could not reach you to inquire about my first order, so I thought it didn't go through and ordered again. Now I'm stuck with two of the same sweaters because I've read that your return policy is not good. The merchandise is very nice, but tracking the order was a lousy experience.

These products are completely useless. I lost two dresses that looked very pretty in the pictures, but when I received them they were horrible. The workmanship is terrible, and they have no shape; they look like pillowcases. I wrote to them asking for a return label so I could send them back, but they wouldn't give me one, nor would they refund my money. This is a scam. It's the worst online purchase I've ever made.

I’ve ordered from Valanio several times and have been very happy. The clothes run small so order a size larger. I will order from them again.

First and foremost , your advertising stated that these items were made and shipped out of south carolina, that is a lie. These items came from overseas which explains why it took so long for me to get my items five weeks. The quality of what I received is not good.
