Had a contract exchange and completion confusion , recognised national removals companies insisting on prepayment and heavy delay clauses , a friend recommended I call VALE and Chris pulled out of the strings and got a slot and survey expedited immediately , a date with in a week which we needed , and terms and conditions unbelievable compared to the established national carriers , the whole procedure is based on offering the client as much help as I need to get the move efficiently organised with a timely delivery . We were moving 200 miles and the. Team worked tirelessly to ensure everything was seamless and fuss free , I could eulogise for ever, but just call or e mail or what’s app and find out for yourself what a gold service is . Thank you

Vale Clearances did a superb job for us, sensitively helping us with the clearance of a deceased relative's property. We were particularly taken with the company's focus on supporting the local community by maximising the opportunities to recycle and re-use items wherever possible. Chris and all his staff have given us an excellent service throughout and steered us through what could have been a very difficult time. We have been kept fully informed on timings and they fitted in with our requirements including having to store the contents of our house until our new property was ready. The delivery guys were amazing and carried out the collection and delivery with great care and courtesy. They were very friendly and made the whole experience as good as it could be from the packers to the handling of heavy items of furniture. The all round service including disposal of unwanted items could not have been better. We would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone both for excellent service at a reasonable cost.

A wonderful team helped our house move go more efficiently than we could have imagined.Hats off to Wayne,Lisa,Lorna, Brian and Sonny for their cheerful and speedy professionalism.Really impressed with how carefully the girls wrapped our antique furniture. Won’t use any other company in future!

A wonderful service from start to finish. Lovely friendly team, totally professional and did a brilliant job of packing and moving us! Our move date changed and this was no problem at all, they accommodated us and fitted us in on the new requested date immediately. They also took away/re-homed unwanted items. Highly recommend - 10/10!

Very helpful operatives. Cleared everything quickly and carefully and even moved a cupboard for us, which was not actually part of the clearance.

I had to move from my much loved family home after 39 years and I did not know where to start and just found the whole situation daunting. I not only needed help moving but also as I was radically downsizing, needed a home clearance service as well. Thankfully Vale were recommended to me and I did not regret using them. Put simply the whole team were amazing, professional and empathetic, they made a stressful,quite frightening situation not just bearable but in the end a cathartic experience. They not just moved me but cleared everything and cleaned as well. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I am now settled in my new home. Chris and the whole team were wonderful.
