We can’t recommend Darren enough! We recently had a minor fault with our boiler that left us without heating or hot water. Knowing we have a small baby at home, Darren came out at his earliest convenience and he was incredibly quick to respond. He was polite, knowledgeable and friendly throughout.

Darren took the time to clearly explain what had gone wrong, how he fixed it, and even carried out a routine service to make sure everything was running perfectly.

We’re so grateful for his help and wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Darren to anyone needing a reliable heating engineer!

Darren was recommended to us to carry out a powerflush on our old central heating system which he carried out in a very profesional manner keeping us informed at every step of the way and we now have a system which is much more efficient with radiators that get much warmer and heat up quicker

When the time came for our old boiler to be replaced with a new one, the fantastic Darren came immediately over to offer professional advice, his promptitude and honest, correct evaluation were very much appreciated. He installed a new boiler, upgraded the gas supply pipe, replaced the pump, powerflushed the whole system, installed the new Smart Thermostat, all these demanding jobs were done by the professional, extremely knowledgeable, kind Darren. James went above and beyond the call of duty to fit a new pump for my shower and also was very diligent in sorting out a leak in my oil boiler.

Darren's level of service and professionalism is unparalleled in my experience. He provided a temporary solution to a major problem British Gas could not fix whilst arranging for a new boiler to be installed. The work was done to the highest standard and I would highly recommend his services.

I have a contract with British Gas but they have become more and more unreliable and I needed emergency help. Darren was brilliant, came out at short notice, was helpful, knowledgeable, honest and best of all fixed an ongoing problem that BG couldn't seem to fathom. 100% recommend Vale Heating Services and Darren. We regularly use Darren to service our boiler , repair it etc. Nothing is too much trouble for Darren . He is efficient , tidy , trustworthy and a true professional . In the past we have been let down numerous times by heating engineers but this is certainly not the case with Darren we would highly recommend him .

We learned about Darren through a friend who had previously had work done by him . We asked for an estimate to replace a couple of radiators within our home , he returned the quote in a couple of days and we proceeded to go ahead with the work and agreed a date for the work to commence .
Darren arrived on time and the job took about three hours to complete , he was polite and respectful and left the room clean and tidy as it was before he came .

We wanted our very old, floor standing boiler and tanks removed and a new Combi boiler installing. We spoke with three different companies but Darren from Vale Heating Services just came across as very professional and trustworthy. We certainly found this to be the case. From start to finish, Darren made the whole process very easy. We knew exactly his plan of action and the time frame he promised was accurate and met. His workmanship is second to none, his attention to detail is perfect and he cleans and hoovers up after himself, which in this day is a god send.

My elderly nan previously had someone come out to her and said that she would need a new boiler I called Darren and he came out she didn’t need a new boiler at all he fixed the problem she had. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Darren and will be using him in the future . Very trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Darren came to our rescue after we were let down by British Gas who took almost 3 weeks to pay us a visit before attempting to repair our boiler , he sourced the required part and returned and fitted the part within the same day for which we were very grateful for as we’d been without hot water and heating for .
