We purchased Artisan Leather sofas four months ago. We were worried about buying furniture online without seeing and trying it. However, we are really happy about our choice. Sofa is comfortable and look stunning in our living room, leather quality is great. After trying sofa for about a month, we order two Artisan Leather accents chairs. Chairs feel even more comfortable than sofa . We had a great experience with Valencia Theater Seating , excellent customer service, it was fantastic experience all way to the end.

Love it , quality is top notch, can’t wait till it gets older.

The company was so easy to deal with. There folks are so friendly & helpful. This is the second set of theater chairs we purchased from them. The chairs are very high quality. They are so well made & they look beautiful. We couldn’t be more delighted with them. We had a great experience not once, but twice!!!

We decided to purchase a leather sofa from this horrible company and to also pay $300 extra for “white glove” delivery. It was indicated to us when we placed the order at the very beginning of August, that the sofa would have been delivered probably mid-October, but definitely by the end of the month. A hell of a long wait, but ok. The couch arrived in Phoenix, which is only about 3 hours from our house, over 10 days ago and is still there. I get a lot of soliciting calls everyday and I don’t answer them, I expect somebody who needs to get in contact with me to leave a message and then I call back. The company calling to schedule the delivery was appearing on my phone as “robocalling”, so I would not answer and they would simply record 3 minutes of music on my phone every day, NO MESSAGE! I had no idea who these people were! After more than 10 days of this I answered the phone, waited through almost 10 minutes of music, and found out it was the delivery. Rudest people ever! They said they’ll deliver the couch the week of November 3rd!! I reminded them that the sofa is practically here, so why do we have to still wait so long?? Because they do delivery here only once a month!!! Whaaat? I didn't know I was living in a third world country!
If at Valencia they want to project a good image and reputation for their company, they must understand that delivery of the product is part of it. We contacted Valencia days ago to see if they would do something about this and the manager we talked with apologized, but wouldn't move a finger to resolve the situation!
This company is worthless and doesn't care at all about customers, really disgusting. What caring company in its right mind would choose a loser delivery company like this and think it's ok?.... Only another loser company, that's who! If they don't treat people right, who cares about how good the product is?? Valencia does not deserve to be in business if they can't take care of a proper delivery!

It's pretty pathetic of you guys to write people to call you after each bad review so you can try and look good on paper, like you care. I HAVE ALREADY CALLED!
If you really cared and had something valuable to say to your customers, it WOULD BE YOU calling them! Otherwise you're just talking to air out your mouth!

I love my Tuscany XL Premium Napa Leather chair. You just know and feel quality. I’m a big man at 6 feet and 275 so it’s hard please me when it comes to seating. If you are looking for quality that you will not get at your local furniture stores look no further than Valencia. The only thing that was a little choppy was the delivery as I did not get a call and date, they just showed up, luckily I was here

We bought the cognac loveseat and three-seater sofa. They are so comfortable and spill proof. We have a 2 and 4 year old who spill things all the time and the spills have wiped right up. They are absolutely beautiful and we get so many compliments. Great company. Great quality furniture! Thank you!

Was looking for new luxury seating in our TV room to replace a pair of 15 year old lazy boys. This set came up during my search and the two chairs plus a table option in the middle fit the bill. Allowed us to remove an end table and provides more room in the TV room. Set is super comfortable (warming/massaging), great leather quality and arrived in great condition. So easy to set up! Very happy with purchase and highly recommend.

Absolutely love my new Piacenza Power Theatre Seats! Its even better than I imagined! The quality, comfort, and design are top-notch, and it instantly became the centerpiece of our renovated basement. The chairs have power headrest, power reclining, USB A and C ports, and blue LED lighting. Along with a light up cup holder and plenty of elbow room if someone is sitting on the chair next to you.

I accidentally found the website online and found the sofa I was looking for. I wasn’t sure at first if I should get from them but after looking at their reviews and the company’s information I decided to get it . It took approximately a month to get delivered but after setting it up in my Karaoke room upstairs I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and make of the sofa. Very well design and good quality leather used. The only thing that does not work is the magnatic phone charger that is built in the center console. Otherwise it’s a good quality furniture.

From answering my questions before ordering, helping me to update my delivery when I needed more of a white glove experience unexpectedly, fantastic delivery and installation, and a question about putting it together. That's just the company and delivery.

After weeks of research and looking at sofas in person/online, I purchased the beige Andria leather reclining sectional. I adore it and it was the best choice I could have made. I have a small dog and an almost 70 lbs dog, and the leather is holding up great with them joining me on the couch (and it's easy to clean up the paw prints). Friends have all raved about it and it's so comfortable (starts off a little hard, but I'd expect that - it's new). If you have doubts, don't - talk to them and push to buy.

I purchased the Jasper leather sofa from Valencia over a year ago. It's super comfortable whenever my two golden retrievers allow me to use it. It still looks as good as the day it was delivered, so I just bought the matching loveseat. Durability is excellent, and in my opinion, comfort and style are too.

We had an issue with the connector that connects both the couches together. We addressed the issue with Valencia and they had the correct connection shipped out to us.
