Absolutely love the Jasper cognac leather couch from Valencia! The colour is rich, warm, and stunning in person, and the style is the perfect mix of modern and timeless. The leather feels soft yet durable, and the couch is incredibly comfortable. It has completely elevated the look of my living room and feels like such a high-quality piece. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are excellent.

The retailer, Valencia, was great to deal with, and the cross-Canada delivery went very smoothly. Everything arrived in excellent condition and the entire experience from purchase to delivery was seamless. Highly recommend!

Delivery was excellent, theater seating better than expected, very sturdy and comfortable. All the bells and whistle’s aren’t necessarily but very useful.
Wish I new this before I bought the one that I bought because I would have bought the more expensive one.

Everything is high quality and comfortable. Got the XL version to suit my height. Lumbar supports works well for me and it never has on other chairs prior to this one.

I absolutely adore my cognac chair set! They are the perfect addition to our seating room. Though I wish I purchased the exact reclining set, I have to remind myself I don’t want to lounge in this room lol! The colour is perfect, and they are so roomy and cozy! If you are hesitant, just BUY IT ALREADY!!

We love our new couch! The leather is a nice camel colour and very comfortable and you can feel the quality. Since it comes in three pieces you can choose your options so my husband got the recliner he wanted and I got the lounger. And my dog,Maisy, loves that she can curl up in the middle. 😁🐶. The white glove delivery was outstanding. The boys put it together with ease and were very polite and respectful. So happy we decided to go with Valencia.

Really happy with our Valencia Oliver leather recliner. It’s honestly one of the most comfortable seats in the house now. The leather feels great and high quality, the recliner works smoothly, and the seat has great support for relaxing or watching TV for hours.

I purchased a Valencia Laisha Swivel Recliner in January in preparation of my knee replacement surgery. I shopped around and am glad I went with Valencia. The purchasing experience was seamless and the delivery and set up was prompt, professional and friendly.
But the chair itself has been the obvious highlight. It is comfortable both reclined and upright and swivels and rocks like a dream. My wife was so impressed she bought her own.
I highly recommend both Valencia and their Laisha.

Full Napa Leather, Lift, Full Recline, Ventilation and Heat Seat, Massage, Heat Lumbar, smartphone charging pad, cup holder and BT speakers that sound great connected to your TV. I never truly expected this quality. And its CAF VAC approved!

I bought a coutch for my new place and paid the extra 500.00 for setup think they call it white glove service.After purchase I tore my achilles tendon and was not living in my place as I needed help.After recovery I returned home and noticed wear marks on the back of the coutch which are due 100 percent to wrong install the gap on the warn side is almost not there compared to the other side cause of improper install 100 perfe t.Velincia says it's past my 1 year warrenty which it is however its not a warrenty issue its a set up issue which they did and I paid 500.00 for.When you talk to sales people they are responsive however the service side is terrible and takes multiple messages to get hold of anyone.Again this was 100 percent a incorrect install job which is causing the problem and they won't warrenty cause its out of the 1 year warrenty but again this damage was due 100 percent to them installing the pieces incorrect.
They send someone out to look at it and they clearly told me the issue is due to them installing it wrong.
DO NOT BYE there product there service is non existent.
It's not a product issue its a install issue that caused the issue as it was put together wrong after paying 500.00 to have white glove sevice who put the coutch together WRONG.
I tried multiple times by email and calling for weeks and weeks no one would respond which leaves one thinking they want sales and zero interest excepting blame for there issue there mistake.
Trust me I am not a complainer but logic says except when u make a mistake and own it this company is the complete opposite spending zero time and no interest when things are bad.
Update...go to consumer report and see negative report after negative report you will see they match what I am saying.
Only time I got a response was once I posted the truth about my continued dealings.All my.emails and phone calls got no response but once I wrote this they called me trying to get me to take my post down how pathetic ca a.comoany be.Treat customers with common decency and this would not be here.
Again I say it's not a warrenty of the product rather a wrong install that caused the issue which they will not own up to even with a third outside party saying its there issue.
If I could get half my money back I would take it and run and NEVER ever allow any friends to every deal with these crooks

Says everything is in stock for quick delivery. Turns out that’s not the case. Purchased a sofa from them with a delivery time of 2 weeks. Only to be told the week the sofa is meant to be delivered that they messed up their stock and the sofa I wanted was another 2-3 month wait. Offered me an alternative colour which also would take 14-20 working days to deliver. As a consequence we now won’t have a sofa for my son’s birthday party. Safe to say, I regret doing business with this company and wish I chose the alternative store.

Ordered online a recliner with footstool. It is absolutely beautiful . Will order again from Valencia .

I am very surprised by the negative reviews. I just bought a sofa, sales lady was fab really helpful. Delivery company not great and caused an issue. Customer service sorted it, they were tirelessly helpful. We all know that you only know what customer service is like when you have an issue. They have been amazing, no arguement just wanting to please. Had to replace seat but did that without any issue. Their customer service is excellent, communication excellent. Sales team and CS i am very impressed. Sharon Ma from customer care is brilliant. They contract out delivery and the delivery company may be the cause of any issues but Valencia tries to sort it without stress

I ordered Valencia Esther loveseat. BEWARE, the product is not the same as what you see in the website. The controls were on the outside instead of inside, the color is not a light grey, its more dull khaki, the footrest is smaller than what is in picture.
Customer Service is horrendous. It took them 10+ days to tell me there is no defect on product and I would have to pay $850 to return product. I asked for a phone call, they refused to call me. I'm stuck with this sofa now. Also, noticed the sale price end date changes every other week, so it looks like you only have a few days to purchase with discount.
Also, they did not send me an email on 'feedback' on the product. That's why you don't see bad reviews anywhere!!! BEWARE, you will only see positive reviews because the negative ones are not posted on their website. I could not find a website that will allow me to send a bad review except TrustPilot and BBB!!!
