I purchased a Valencia home theater seating set. The chairs are very comfortable and of excellent quality. I love the controls built into the armrests. There is plenty of storage space in the armrests. The white-glove delivery service was impeccable. I also contacted customer service, and they responded to my request instantly. I highly recommend Valencia if you are looking for quality and comfort.

We love our Valencia Tuscany top of the line theater seats. We have owned them for almost 6 years and our family is still using them. Even when we had two control panel boards stop lighting the blue LED's (almost 6 years to the date of purchase) on two of our five chairs, Audrey at customer support was amazing at addressing our needs. They truly stand behind their product. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Valencia Seating!

Great communication, Canadian owned and am amazing high-end product.

This is real leather, perfectly constructed and comfortable.

It massages, heats up and even has a lumber support button besides the usual head rest.

The hardest part: finding the right perfect position.

Delivered right to my door included in the price and a great deal on an extended warranty ( which I don’t think I’ll even need as the quality is superb! )

Delivery was on time and set up with care.
The couch is very comfortable and creates a fresh modern look to my living room.
So far it is standing up well to my 70 lb black lab and 6 people on it for a New Year's party. I also really like the grey color. The recliner works fine and the flat recliner headrests give it a very good look.

The quality and the style of my reclining chair with foot stool is all what I expected it to be.

I ordered the recliner in December it was late coming no fault of the company because I live on an Island the weather didn’t cooperate but chair is of excellent quality and staff was excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend this company

White glove was a smooth and clean process, no mess and the furniture was placed in position. Love the burnt orange color. Very comfortable. Very happy with my purchase :)

Valencia had exactly what I was looking for: a cuddle chair for me and each of my children for snuggles and reading together. It had to be a swivel, neutral coloured, wide enough and deep enough. The swivel rolls like butter and the chair is firm but not too firm...very comfy. The fabric is soft and linen looking. But because I use it with my kids, I bought a cotton cover to keep it pristine. (It is actually a 100%cotton shower curtain and it fits it perfectly.) I love this chair and it gives me precious time with my kids, a serene reading space and the opportunity to swivel around and look at my gorgeous views out the window.

I love my new reclining sectional sofa from Valencia. I've never owned a leather couch before this purchase because I thought that they were uncomfortable, not very stylish with limited color options, and out of my price range. When I saw this sofa on-line it "spoke to me" The leather is a buttery soft dark grey and the style, modern and comfortable. The sofa is firm with great lumbar support. The craftsmanship is impeccable and of high quality. I customized my sofa with 2 recliners at the long end instead of one. This bumped up the price, but did not sacrifice on style. I was very nervous about making such a large purchase "site unseen", but after numerous conversations with the design team at Valencia, I was confident enough to make the purchase. The only reason I did not give this a five star rating is because it took longer than expected to get my sofa. However, during the process, customer service promptly returned my emails and were very polite and professional.

Love the chair! It fits in so well in my decor. Great for spending an afternoon reading. The cats love it too and never scratch it so that’s a double bonus.

This sofa really changed the vibe of our living room. The color, firmess and fit are just as I imagined while ordering. Solid quality and love that I can easily clean the floor underneath! Overall it is perfect for me and my family is very happy with the purchase.

My review for "Pista Leather Reclining Sectional Lounge" purchased in November 2024 is removed from their website hence providing my review here. After seeing numerous positive feedback, I decided purchasing this recliner lounge only to be disappointed with its quality. Firstly, the lounge looked quite different to the pictures on the website. Secondly, it is one of the most uncomfortable lounges I've sat on. I am comparing this lounge with the likes of Nick Scaly and Lounge life who's lounges are extremely comfortable to sit on. On the contrary the lounge from Valencia is quite hard and ruins your experience watching TV. I regret my purchase and do not recommend this store.

Gorgeous couch, we love the colour & comfort.Delivery and installation was very easy and we live in northwestern Ontario. Would buy more from the collection in a heartbeat.

We love our Valencia theatre chairs and get compliments on the from friends and family for being super comfortable - great for watching long movies or sporting events. Service was top notch as well - delivery, install and customer service. Highly recommend- its modular build is fantastic.

We bought the leather sofa bed only a few months ago, but unfortunately, the headrest behind the reclining seat is already malfunctioning. The sofa is hard and not as comfortable as we had hoped. We’ve stopped using the adjustable headrests since they don’t work properly, especially the one behind the reclining seat that remains stuck.

Delivery was seamless and the chair and footstool are ergonomically perfect & easily kept clean. 👍👍👍

Purchased the Eden 3 seat recliner sofa from Valencia. This couch is luxurious, a big size and everything I imagined upon delivery.

White-glove service was included in the purchase price; delivery team called about an hour before arriving, set up the couch exactly where I wanted it, and removed all the packaging.

A few weeks after delivery I discovered a tiny hole in the back of couch. I had excellent communication with a customer rep through their chat line. A follow up for the repair was scheduled quickly, meticulously executed and I am very happy with the outcome.

I can honestly say whether you are chatting with sales or customer service, the reps are responsive and knowledgeable.
I am very happy with my purchase and with Valencia as a furniture store that goes the mile for satisfied customers.

The customer service at Valencia was amazing. The chairs and the white glove delivery was spot on, with seamless installation. The products arrived well cared for, not damaged and worked on first try. It was a pleasant surprise to discover that each of the seats came with a table accessory!

When we ordered the wrong chair they were accommodating and provided a great solution to the problem.

10/10 would buy from them again!
