Nice quality of tshirt and fresh, a bit slow on the delivery but wasn't in a rush for it. Would say size down asits made on big side but again would order again.

Hi Abdullah,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're really glad to hear you were impressed with the quality of the T-shirts.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the Technico trousers. We understand how frustrating it can be when sizing doesn’t meet expectations, and we’ll make sure your comments are passed along to our product and website teams. Improving our size guides and ensuring clearer information is something we’re actively working on.
We truly appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us improve both our products and customer experience. We hope to have the chance to serve you better in the future.
Best regards,

Really impressed with these T-shirts
Really impressed with these T-shirts — the cotton is super soft and feels great on the skin. The fit is spot on, not too tight or too loose. Definitely one of the nicer materials I’ve come across compared to other retailers. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Shocking Customer Service
Shocking Customer Service - They don't reply. I've given them 2 attempts and still nothing back - don't deserve to be in business. If you acted like this on the high street then nobody would come through your door.

Hi Joanna,
We're very sorry to hear about your experience, but we believe there may have been a mix-up. We do not sell dresses and there are no records of an order from you in our system.
It’s possible this review was meant for a different company with a similar name. We take all feedback seriously, and we’d kindly ask you to double-check your order confirmation or the website you purchased from.
If you believe this was an error, we’d appreciate it if you could update or remove the review to help prevent confusion for others.
Wishing you the best in resolving the issue with the correct retailer.
Kind regards,
