I wish I had read reviews before ordering. The dress took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and is poor quality material and we found the same dress on shein for a quarter of the price. There selling cheap items with expensive price tags. I am now struggling to return it as the item doesn't fit. We are being asked to provide pictures of the 'faulty' dress to be reviewed before a refund, yet I never said it was faulty. Absolutely appaling company.

on the site they say you can return unworn items. i got a dress from them that didnt fit right and looked different from what was advertised and they refused to let me return this. They stated they can’t accept it cause its against their policy. the company’s policy infringes on your rights as a consumer. Avoid at all cost.
