Scam

What I have received in my parcel has nothing to do with what I have ordered. Looks completely different in a very bad way and additionally, I did not receive my plus one gratis as I ordered it during the Valentine’s Day offer (1+1 gratis). Very dissatisfied and I feel like I was scamed.
I can show picture of what I have received in the parcel to see that its completely different from what it looks like on the site.
Where can I send the pictures to?
