Request refund due to MT5 Login Issue
Dear Valetax,
I was unable to log in to my MT5 account during trading session due to a platform/loggin issue. Already submit support ticket and already 6 days but still not settle yet. Valetax say my internet problem but i already show record video i open another broker chart move. This prevented me from accessing my account and managing my open trades. Broker manage not to refund my equity and play victim. Bad service.

1. Customer representatives have no clue about company policies. They do not respond for long period of time, testing our patience.
2. It's my just 4th day n I'm stopping with them. Shows my utter bad experiences.
3. For strange reasons, you can not withdraw more than the funded amount.
4. Site looks very basic
5. I gave just 15$ withdrawal, at 8 am today, to test withdrawal. It is yet to get credited n customer representative told me, I have to wait 24 hours 24 hours for 15$? LOL
5. Overall, company needs big time improvement in all departments.
