I called from Toronto Canada to have a luggage replaced for my daughter travelling in Italy. I used the chat feature and Yeamin responded promptly and adequately. The service was fantastic. Luggage was purchased and delivered on the same day!

I had a fantastic experience using this luggage storage service. As someone who travels to many countries and uses luggage deposit services almost every day, I can say this was by far the best I’ve come across. The process was smooth, secure, and super convenient.
Yeamin, the staff member who received my luggage, was not only polite and kind but also very handsome! I noticed many female customers blushing and feeling shy around him — it was quite funny and wholesome to see. He made me feel welcome right away.
When I returned to collect my bag, I was assisted by Alamin. This guy had a different kind of energy — a true gentleman. Calm, respectful, and professional, with an impressive aura that made the whole experience even better.
Also, I noticed they had a nice collection of luggage in-store. The designs looked good and the quality seemed great. I didn’t buy anything this time, but if I ever need new luggage while I’m in Italy, I’ll definitely come back and buy from them.
