This is a scam website. They take your money, provide you a fake tracking number, and stop responding to you. Don't waste your time and money. I did not get a response from them even after threatening them that I will be reporting them to federal trade commission website if they don't respond to me.

I ordered leggings on April 25th and still haven't got it.
I left voice messages and emails several times. I still haven't got any response from them.
I understand that it is busy due to COVID, but the least thing Valiia can do to a customer is to notify that the products will be delivered late something if this website is real. What they have done? Nothing. I saw some reviews saying that their shipping was fast.
Considering that, my orders must be omitted somehow or it's SCAM.
There are other websites selling exactly the same products from Valiia at a reasonable price.
Whoever wanna purchase something, DO NOT ORDER. YOU'RE JUST WASTING YOUR MONEY.

I order a gym set over 2 months ago now and still haven’t received it. I emailed them using the email address “gmail.com” they replied to me twice, apologising for the delay and to track my parcel using my tracking number. Nothing has changed with the tracking, still says it’s in transit. I emailed them notifying this and now they are not responding. Defo a scam!

It’s definitely a scam. The reviews on their website must be fake. I ordered Gym items almost 2 months ago and still haven’t received anything. The tracking number has no shipping record. I sent an email to info#valiia.com and got a bounce back that the email doesn’t exist. There is another email valiiahelp#gmail.com but by the “gmail.com“ and still not have my items, I’m very sure that’s a scam. And since they don’t take PayPal but only visa/MasterCard it will be hard to get your money back. DONT ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
