Wrong product received
Instead of going the decathlon route or other I decided to buy directly from the company website.
Instead of the bicycle bag arriving via DHL, a small package arrived with a vitamin/medical bottle of sorts. On the box the dhl tracking number etc all matches the tracking information I received from the company and DHL, but obviously the wrong package.
Ive log a query twice on the website but I receive no confirmation email of that query.
Right now I have a pill bottle I don’t need, a bag I don’t have and which I paid for, and unsure how to reach the company.
From reviews the products of the company look legit, but I won’t not order directly from them.
