Both sets of dice I ordered look fantastic. The order arrived nicely wrapped and well packaged. Despatch was 4 days after order which could have been quicker and then, as there was disruption with the post, the dice didn't arrive in time for their intended use but I would still buy again.

I decided to take advantage of the recent 3 for 2 sale and finally get some dice I've been eyeing and I'm so happy I did!
The dice are really quite stunning in person, the microglitters and other effects are lovely to look at. Each set came with a simple little drawstring bag which made it easy to keep them organized and I wasn't expecting a little bonus d20 to come along with the set but it made me smile :^)
One of my Niflheim sets with a frosted surface texture seemed to have a bit of sanding dust stuck in the numbers, making it look a bit pale in places, but with a bit of a rinse under the tap they were fine and legible again.
The shipping was a lot faster than expected and everything packed safely in the box it came in. The whole thing was well labelled too, so there wasn't any issue with import tolls, which I appreciate as an online shopper!

I contacted them at the last minute, asking to add something to an order. I wanted to take advantage of free shipping and had unknowingly missed out by just over a quid.

The change was made and I wasn’t even charged for the difference. Honour dictates I must buy more shiny things from them. Yes that’s why. Honour.

Almost my entire collection of Dice is from Valkyrie-RPG, why is that?

- And finally, their delivery and customer service, truly going above and beyond with packaging being recyclable and for small orders, easily slipped into a normal letterbox. If any problems arise, VRPG is always happy to amend any and all issues.

It's not just their dice, you can tell their accessories are carefully chosen to reflect the brand that is Valkyrie-RPG as well. Again, keeping quality, affordability and accessibility as a priority.

As a regular at the online shop, I cannot recommend Valkyrie-RPG enough.

Dice arrived in the expected time, and were absolutely lovely. I originally ordered a regular set and a set of d6s, unaware there was an offer on that would let me get another set for free, so they sent me a random set free of charge so I didn't miss out! Made my day, to be honest. I will likely order from here again.

Dice were not very much like what was pictured, and the pour is super unbalanced—my supposedly rainbow dice are about 60% yellow. Good service, and they arrived quickly and in good packaging, but the product is a disappointment.

Really great service, I accidentally had the wrong address entered which their customer service amended with no issues. Delivery was quick and even had a free gift with a handwritten note which is a really lovely touch. Will definitely be shopping again next time my dice goblin habits need to be itched!

Absolutely beautiful set of sharp dice. The free d20 was a very cute touch but it does have a bubble in it which means it isn't going to roll properly. I also got a blind bag and didn't like the dice I got but that's the lottery of blind bags isn't it! Order was delayed but the customer service was wonderful as they let me know right away and apologised. Would definitely buy from here again.
