We have taken a look at your order with us, the shipment method selected was 2nd class free shipping. There was a fulfilled shipping email sent out also for the order automatically when it was processed to shipping, but it may have landed in the junk folder?
For your knowledge, the only services we can follow and track are 48hr & 24hr shipments, which automatically provide a tracking number to the provided email on your account.

Fantastic customer service
I ordered a sub box and some other products and I received an email asking if it was okay to he sent at the same time, however on receiving the sub box, my other products weren't there.
I sent an email explaining what had happened and they came back within a few hours apologising and told me that the rest of my order was on the way.
I received it the next day with a free gift, which was unnecessary (these things happen), but very much appreciated.
Every one that sent emails were very polite, understanding and apologetic.

Nice selection of dice, reasonably priced too!
Nice selection of dice and it didn't take long for them to turn up either. I was happy with my selection I chose and the random bag I got. I will say though that the dice on the website are photographed very well and don't look quite as impressive in real life, still good quality though! My favourite so far has to be the Pronking Purple LP dice, so pretty.
