I had a fantastic experience buying tiles from Valley floors today. The young man Abdi who helped me went above and beyond—he took a lot of time to walk me through everything I needed for my bathroom project and made sure I didn’t miss a thing. It’s rare to find that level of genuine care and attention these days, and it really made a difference.

You can tell he takes pride in his work and wants customers to leave happy and well-prepared. I hope his manager sees this and recognises how valuable he is to the team. Highly recommended—great products and truly outstanding service. Thank you Abdi

I was served by hassan and i was unhappy by how he handle the service me and my husband had come in for tiles and got a price for about 50m2 of tiles at which point we wanted a price and wanted to shop around before purchasing at which point he kept insisting that we pay a small deposit to hold the price and when we said no he kept pushing and made us feel very very uncomfortable and very displease with the service also he kept saying he can do a better price due to him being the owner of the shop in chingwell

Amazing help and expertise from Hassan. We were well looked after, with great advice and served in a very professional manner. The choice of flooring available at Valley Floors is also superb. Thanks again.
