Excellent service and great value for money delivered on time and the driver was very helpful on site.

We ordered the artificial growing wall. The quality was excellent for the price. We damaged one panel and needed to order more unfortunately they were out of stock! I spoke with Amanda who went above and beyond to find us a panel and sent it to us the next day free of charge. We highly recommend Valley Group and will definitely use them again.

Took longer than expected to arrive

Really disappointed, ordered brick slips 17/04. Promised they would be with me by now. Chase for updates and struggle to get them from Nicki and Lani. Really disappointed. Their site notes they do big projects but they don’t have enough stock for the bricks I want for a small house extension..

They was very helpful and sort my product out straight away will definitely use them again

Every aspect of my dealings with this company has been first rate.

I was looked after by very helpful and knowledgeable people when making my initial phone enquiry, and when I called in to pick up some samples.

Their showroom is wonderful with all the product available to see, in situ, all over every available piece of wall space.

Again, on site, the staff could not have been more courteous and helpful. They also insisted that I take my samples free of charge, even though the website showed a small charge for each one.

My shipment arrived as promised and very carefully packaged to avoid breakages.

The main reason why Valleys stood out for me was the product knowledge and recommendations after listening to us about what we wanted from our garden renovation. I didn’t realise just how much of our garden materials that could be bought from this business initially. We ended up purchasing decking, Astro turf, sleepers and a patio set. Everything supplied arrived in advance of when our landscapers needed it and I can tell that everything is of a very high quality which was so important to us. If you are having any work done on your garden and you want good service, reliable delivery and really good quality products then I would reach out to Valleys! I am so happy with our experience.
