Josiah at Valley tree care gave me a treatment plan for my trees in paradise valley
VALLEY TREE CARE (phone 623 288 0816)
This company has
to be the most useless, incompetent, unprofessional company I have ever known.
They first suggested treating my SISSOO tree last June. This was suggested by Josiah who claimed to be an arborist, he isn’t.
I had 2 treatments given over several months to a tree that was already dead! Then they came in October to trim it but the foreman came and said that the tree was dead and too dangerous for them to work on.
So they went back and reported this and it took Josiah 8 days to even contact me. It was decided to remove the tree and they along with 4 other companies gave bids. 3 of these companies suggested that the tree should NEVER HAVE BEEN TREATED , but removed 8 months ago.
I accepted the bid from Valley tree care as they set the money I had already wasted against the removal cost.
Josiah had been at the house, taken pictures, made a bid but it seems he was incapable of assessing the height of the tree( and remember he says he’s an arborist) because after setting up a date for the removal the crew turned up were UNABLE to remove the tree because it was much to large for the equipment and removal truck than they had been told by Josiah!
SECOND TIME I wasted hours on staying home for this company! But of course actually 4 times because the two times they treated the tree, it was already dead!
So another date was set for the removal for today Friday, but yesterday out of the blue I get a message saying they were on their way to my house to remove the tree! NOT GOING TO HAPPEN as I had another commitment away from the house. Then they decided( after I made numerous phone calls that were not answered) that the message was a mistake and they turned up today at 9am.m
The office had told me it would take about 11/2 to 2 hours, they left at 2pm 5(FIVE) hours.
The owner Mr Schmidt does not return phone calls, he employs incompetent, unqualified people who can’t tell when a tree is dead and/or very tall in height.
There are plenty of competent, ethical tree companies out there VALLEY TREE CARE IS NOT ONE OF THEM.
