VALOR HEALTH BAD SERVICES
This is specific to the TX based USA location 14643 Dallas Parkway Suite 100, Dallas, TX regarding the made up records modification, allowing a network of none medically trained or licensed "providers" to disrupt and interfere with my Military Compensation Medical exams that do not know the first thing about accessing the field of specialty and they have all screwed me and others that were truthful. So, to this point I am documenting this so ALL veterans screwed by the system that attempted to use my and anyone else's information stolen during these fake assessments can understand as I recently advised a crooked pastor - I don't have to lie and haven't but you and your family, jailed associates and others did and you along with the rest of that network; no matter the color or sex will pay dearly and being in the government or policing agencies is not going to save you. I stand by what I said and trying to get favorable ratings after you had already gone and tampered with my rebuttals by locking me out of that QTC portal, and claims is not going to help your crooked organization. BTW, reaching out to those site web masters to have those links moved around isn't going to help either because I made sure to not only buy it under the business sites but under several government ones and I notified you so you would know it. That's the difference between lying and trying to hide it. So here is your updated version:

This is some kind of subcontractor that came out of a network of nursing staffing that has illegally allowed workers with criminal backgrounds hidden by using public access to a clemency clinic and / or that used a program born out of that and others to clean their records (suppressing their crimes) as is done when the authorities relocate or re-identify witnesses legally except in this case it's was done by stealing personally identifying information from deceased citizens' (veterans, prisoners, hospitalized long-term, hospices, or in nursing homes) death certifications, medical records, credit files, and other financial records. They let some of their so-called employees weasel their way into the US government's Veteran Administration's network of healthcare, technical, medical, and associated providers that treat, assist, secure, administer, diagnose, bill, and other unlisted duties gain access to and illegally share within their network on these unauthorized and unsecured networks across the country - one being Teams, a Microsoft personal or business meeting or messaging software and the like (which is not a sanctioned program built into the government services secure network) and setup their own private "fake" consulting or collaborations among their network of friends or graduate communities sharing my data claiming that they were doing it as part of case management and they NEVER received authorization directly from me yet these people continue to try to reach out to outside people that did not have anything to do with me other than their limited interactions in passing or from gossip or snooping around on my social media platforms trying to create some made up profile. They stole and misinterpreted information and misinformed others about me and my medical condition and got mad when they got called out by me in a survey (they were told to stop sending me those things) for their piss poor treatment towards me, for delaying and denying service (during and after the pandemic), giving access to my medical records to these outside providers prematurely without proper authorization and/or my knowledge, failing to properly address a billing fiasco that they triggered twice causing me to pay a bill that I did not owe and triggering more traumatization than what I had already experienced and they continued to use these disrespectful uncouth unprofessional money hungry HIPPA violating self-promoting uncommitted to patient needs, health and welfare made network of local providers. They should have been permanently terminated and this company like the other one should have been fired for nonconformance. Ratings should be a ZERO - for service, site security, site blockage, employee fraud, unethical accesses, falsifying records, wasting my time, stalking via an old outdated rat that is a crook, theft of both personal, medical, business information and contacts, blockage of qualified Drs from the search perimeters so some laid off or unemployed technicians and NP can get paid who don't work in and are not qualified to do the technical medical work required. This fake mess needs to be shutdown for good - 062924.
