Total scam

Total scam. Advertised Taos sandals. Not even close. They are a cheap imitation. They will not honor a refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I bought a monitor from “Valors-us” (a Chinese online company). They advertised it as a “Professional 3-in-1 Glucose & Vital Signs Monitor” for $25, but Valors Us charged me $42 without my authorization. After 25 days, I received two cheap, low-quality pulse monitors—completely different from the professional device they had promised (which was supposed to measure blood pressure, glucose, and pulse).
When I complained, they simply replied with “I’m sorry” and offered to refund 10% of the money; later, they offered 15%, 20%, and 25%. This is their tactic: they ship cheap, fake products, refund a tiny fraction of the cost, and keep the majority of the payment.
Warning: Valors Us engages in deceptive practices. They do not deliver what they advertise, they charge more than promised, and they ship cheap trinkets. Avoid buying from these Chinese companies.

Never received my order and no refund

Never received my order and no refund. This is a Chinese company that is a scam. I ordered an anti anxiety item for my dog. $40. It never arrived and they claim that it did. They refuse to return my money. Stay far away from this company!
