I'm not happy with the service this platform offers. have been on the platform for a month now, I have deposited close to 35k and everytime it comes to the withdrawal process they ask for more money.

I don't think this is a trustable source.

Is there any way i can get back my money.

Issue:
I have been depositing my mining profits to VALR for over a month now. No problems. Slow, but no problems. That is until yesterday. When I look in my VALR wallet, it shows a pending transaction. When I open the transaction, the transaction is listed under mempool.space, but with an ETA of "Not anytime soon". But wait....for just $55 it can be confirmed in ~13 minutes. I have checked this transaction with blockchair and from the sending side, no errors and even shows as complete. Contact VALR support and after sending extensive screenshots etc. the answer I get is, be patient we are working on it. I am not a happy customer and "just wait" is not an answer, it is a hope and I don't work on hope when working with money.

Very friendly interface

I am learning how to trade with this app and it is becoming easy, first time it was hard but i didn't give up. I am still learning till today. It is the best app you can trade with and i highly recommend it because it's 200% trustworthy.

I've been using Valr for about a year now and it's great. Moved from other crypto apps to explore alts on Valr (they have a much wider selection) and never went back. Luno definitely has more features (I hear they're moving into banking as well now, not sure how that works) and is probably a little easier to use but Valr has a better fee structure in general. Chatted with customer support once about questions I had and they were prompt and helpful in their responses. I can't get much deeper than that as I don't know much more about crypto haha.

NEVER EVER!! Use this trading platform to trade people unless you want to lose your money. Okay. You have been warned. They don't care about their traders and just bring a bad reputation to the Forex trading industry even when you only use their platform as a channel to get your money from another trading platform to your bank account they'll steal your money and make it seem like, on their app main page it's still there when its NOT. Absolutely a bad trading platform!!!

I've been dealing with VALR for many years and never had a problem. However this changed. I am trying to withdraw crypto to my wallet and am unable as all the transactions expires. I've logged various support tickets and also left a message on their Facebook page and even sent an email to help email address. I get no response and the tickets being closed without being attended to. Event trying to use the online chat feature route me to log a support ticket and am to this day, unable to get any support.
