Worse Site for returns

Worse Site for returns, they do not care. I send a faulty Turtlebeach headset back to them and they wanted me to pay for shipping it back and for repairs that costed the price of a new headset. Was only 2months old.

After ringing them up complaining multiple times they eventually sent me it back. Funny thing was it was not repaired and still in the same condition.

Don't bother buying from this site, you will not get any help if the product is under warranty they don't care about returns.

Not trustworthy

Purchased a phone from them not even a year ago which unfortunately faulted due to a boot loading issue. Sent back over a month ago for repairs/warranty and am told every time I ask that it still hasn't turned up yet. All I want is to have a working phone back or a refund, but seeing all these other reviews makes me think I won't be getting my phone back.

Steer clear!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!

Ordered a computer, said 4 available. Paid via bank transfer. Few days later found all the bad reviews. Contacted the company approx 2 weeks later to find out the status of my computer. Seems the oversold (if they ever had) the computer I ordered. Told me on back order, waited 2 weeks more contacted them and told they were in the process of getting a computer. After a few days of haggling with them for a solution I asked for my money back. At this point I have been waiting over a month. So I waited another week for my refund ... contacted the NSW Australia Fair Trade to help me get my money back on the 2nd week. Now it is getting onto 3 weeks of no refund and 8 weeks of dealing with this company. And I see that I can no longer access the company via the Website and I still have not received my $2469,00 AU back.

DONT BUY ANTHING FROM VALUEBASKET

Ordered a dji Phantom4 drone that was in stock on their .com.au website
late June, I looked at the website details like delivery's details and got sucked in by the SA std land line phone number.

after the 2-4 working day time line from the website I called them to see if it was shipped but got a funny feeling on the phone, then I did some googling and found all these very bad reviews here.

So i cancelled the item, after numerous phone calls and emails after their window for refunds, I am no closer to getting my money back over $2000!
They say same same thing on The phone and the emails that pretty much cut and paste responses!

On Thursday I'm taking a legal action and I've communicated to them but They don't care! Hopefully see people said these reviews before spending any money on there site..

No Product, No Refund

Ordered a phone on June 18. After close to a month of it not being shipped I cancelled the order and requested a full refund. Was told the refund would take a total of 4-7 to process on their end and a further 5 days to appear in my account. The refund process began on July 5.

It is now July 26 and they still have my money. I gave them a final deadline of July 22 to give me my money back, and they've seemingly ignored it.

The only way I think I can get my money back at this point would be to report ValueBasket to Fair Trade QLD, the ACCC and NSW Police (as their office is registered in Melbourne) so that they may begin a fraud investigation, as well as filing a charge back request with my bank.

Good product and very quick delivery

Extremely quick delivery and the product was very good at a very competitive price. I read some negative views after purchasing the drone but the delivery arrived much earlier than expected. On my experience, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Value Basket Scam!!

I purchased a Phantom 4 From Value Basket for £1065 5-8 days for Delivery I made the mistake of just using price to guide my purchase how wrong was I
after 2 weeks my item has not been dispatched they send out the same old email to make you think theyare genuine they are not!!
Today i cancelled my order and passed it to my bank to sort out

I saw in the website that goods are available in the stock, and that it is an Australian registered company based in Adelaide, so I placed the order in good faith. I have raised more than 6 tickets to help desk, and called 5 times, but yet no sign of commitment from the company to give a definitive date for shipping to me. Is there a definite shipment date for my order please? Please let me know when my computer will be delivered. If you don't have it in stock why you have taken the order? Why you misled me by your false stock showing in your website. I sent a screen shot of your stock. If you have so much of a backlog of orders, why you have not stopped yet taking the orders? 25 June 16-Update

Thanks to trustpilot website for publishing my review. Within 24 hours of publishing this posting, I received an email from Valuebasket about my shipment and finally I received my surface book computer.
I am happy that after waiting for 35 days since my order, finally I received my item.

However, I'll NOT recommend anyone to go through the pain of waiting and living in the tension of loosing the money, as valuebasket is hopeless in managing their customer expectations and through misleading ad and false stock information, they tempt buyers into placing their orders but cant meet their own commitment.

In nowhere, I have been told that I'll have to wait 35 days to get my item. After 31days of waiting, I was desperate to find out about the company, what I found made me worried more. I found in the whirlpool forum that Valuebasket has been doing this kind of dirty tactics with their customers (i.e. back log delay due large orders) since 2012.

So it's a bad company to trust. I am lucky that I have received my computer and did not loose the money. In the last 4 weeks, I saw more than 20 customers cancelled their orders. So I was also thinking cancel it, but thanks to trustpilot website for your help. ValueBasket responded to my query.

No delivery, no refund, no eta.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I ordered a surface pro (2 in stock then as shown online) in April and nothing came at all after a month.

By now i have been waiting for the refund that I requested more than three weeks ago.

No ETA can be provided. Their customer service guys will always tell you they understand your frustration but no further details can be given.

I hope this is not a scam...

Great service

I had a problem when I ordered my item and did not know if my order was being processed.
I emailed customer support and they responded quickly and assured me that it was processed and wished me a great day.
Very happy with this service as a whole (and the prices are far cheaper then what I had been looking at) I received my package within 4 days.
It's worth a try :)

Terrible communication

I was sent a unit that had missing cables, software, and instruction manual and question whether the item was second hand as there was no seal. In attempts to contact them, I sent 2 emails, and tried to call them, which left a answering message, stating that the lines are unavailable and to contact them via email. It's been nearly a week, and I am still yet to receive any contact from them. I've had faulty and wrong items delivered to me before from other vendors, but they at least would respond to my messages within a day or two, and in response I would still offer them high ratings, despite mistakes. This however is unacceptable. Won't shop here again.

29/08/16 update: It's been months now, and after extensive conversation through email, they have agreed with my request to return the unit to receive a refund. It's been well over a month now since I have sent it back, and now they won't respond to my emails. Wondering now whether I'll ever get my refund.

09/09/16 update: I finally got my refund, but it was through the paypal resolution centre, and not directly from the seller. Safe to say that I will never shop here again.
