So like everyone else I ordered a kit for my boy and what a surprise no kit no emails won't respond to at all only had one email of Zoe I can't track it because tracking number no good lucky I rang my bank and there looking in to it but now I got to fork out more money for a new kit wish I knew this about them first before I ordered it

Terrible terrible terrible!
Ordered shirt with print.
Received shirt that was clearly a reject...they had printed over some other old print which unfortunately was still visible.
My enquiry was ignored several times over several months. When I eventually got a response after 7+ months of trying i was advised it was new season and i should make another purchase to get 1 unprinted extra free.
I have further been ignored again after expressing my view it was unfair that i could only get a replacement for the initial shoddy job by being forced to pay again for a service i no longer had faith in.

Would never do business with them again and certainly do not recommend anyone to throw away their hard earned cash dealing with this organisation. It is my worst online experience by far!

I have been duped too! Do not order from this company! They will take your money and send you nothing. They do not answer emails either. I will reporting them to Trrading Standards. Please read these reviews before you order. I wish I had.

I ordered a football kit on 20/11/17
Received product later than it states on the site for it to be of unsatisfactory quality due to printing of name on the back along with red marks - sent goods back on 27/12/17 and still no refund almost 3 months later - customer service is appalling !!!!
Amount debited from my bank was more than what was stated on my original invoice !!!!!
Lost count of how many emails I have sent to them all over a football kit !!!

Like most people have been totally duped. I originally ordered from their website "kits.me.uk" - which is no longer available by the way . They eventually replied to my emails & apologised for the delay & no stock - Zoe offered me an alternative product from their website - I thought fair enough & chose a Real Madrid training kit ........... have heard nothing since - obviously they set up different websites until they are discovered, close that one down and set up again. DO NOT USE.

Do not Buy from this company !!! This fake kits coming from China ,not America. I bought XXL size Arsenal kit for my son and its very small and will fit for size S ,also Arsenal kit for 13 will fit for age of 8 , I also bought 2 badges and they did fix it for 1 shirt on both sides of sleeves , I bought number 10 for my gr.son`s shirt and they glued it on shorts !!! No communication at all , just need some advise from solicitor for next action with this company ,as I did pay £60 for nothing ,its proper stilling money from other people`s poket !!!

I ordered 2 Man utd kits for my grandchildren 3 weeks ago but haven't heard a word since .I have sent several emails but nothing .Valuekit have taken over £50 from my account my order was on £46 .My grandchildren have been so upset waiting for their kits .How could you do this .I will be seeking advice from my solicitor tomorrow

Terrible service, took nearly a month to come, couldn't track it. Only response at the beginning was from a zoe who said sorry and its on its way. But still took a further 3 weeks.
3-6 months kit is more like 3-6 years! Im giving the socks to my 8 year old! Quality is poor, stitching is loose on both adult & baby.
Lesson learnt.. Cheap crap.

Order the Newcastle top over a month ago and still waiting for it 2 arrive tryd contacting them but no reply wouldn't be surprised if a have lost my money and that the website and valuekit.us is a scam if a haven't received my order my the new year then a will be getting the police involved

Took a month to get here.Sent a mini kit for a 1-2 year old with a sponsor logo, that shouldn`t be on the top in the first place, half missing and no socks. With hidden import tax and delivery I may as well have bought from the club shop. This company is an absolute joke!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Do not order from this company. They take over a month to get here and they have sent the wrong top! AVOID! Mega disappointed son :(

Please do not use, money taken, more than expected, received email from Zoe, with tracking details which are invalid. No way to contact them via phone. Absolutely gutted have spent the last of my money for my sons dream football kit on this site as I stupidly hoped this was a real site.

Now no Christmas present and I’m devastated

My order didn't arrive... Out of stock long time was response after 5th email said chose something eles and get a free gift 15 days later.
Was Christmas present and not arrived so disappointed child this Christmas and I'm fuming.

Placed on order end of November with valuekit.us,had an email on December 1st to say item shipped with a tracking number available to view after 3 days,I hadn’t received my order 2 weeks later so thought I’d check the tracker NO such tracking number!! Worried I contacted the bank and found payment was for more than the invoice total and paid to a furniture company,I have now had an email from ZOE at clothes @ outletshop.site to inform me item was out of stock!!! PLEASE AVOID THIS IS A SCAM!!!!

Sadly it appears that i too have been sucked into this company by the reduced prices that they offer. I ordered x 2 liverpool kits for my godsons for christmas and x1 liverpool top for my husband. Order placed on 4th December 2017 and I had not received any tracking number for order! I have repeatedly contacted their website to no avail and now fear that I will have to pay out extra to ensure that my godsons are not disappointed on christmas day............an expense that I like others could really do without. Sadly there is no other way of contacting this company and they don's seem to reply to the numerous emails that I have sent. I did receive an email from a lady called Zoe asking for my order number which I replied to and sadly I have not heard anything else despite, me emailing her numerous times and emailing the company web page for answers numerous times too. I am going to try and contact my bank to see about getting the money returned as payment was taken out as soon as the order was placed.................not sure where I will stand with reclaiming the money back though! Anyone had any success with reclaiming their money back?? Help

Do not waste your time they do not communicate i am still waiting for my order and after emailing them still waiting on response also, they added on charges without any notice please use a known reputable site and avoid these scammers the tracking number has been sent to me and its still sat at some airport for last 5 days and hasnt moved never had an update and dont expect to recieve goods to be honest ive warned all family and fdiends and will be making folks aware on social media also
