Had a great experience buying my vehicle from Danny at Value Vehicles! What a gent from start to finish, Danny was really hospitable from the moment we arrived and just an all-around great guy to deal with. He knew I was travelling from Manchester which is over 4 hours away; he made sure everything was ready and sorted in a timely manner, which I really appreciated.

The whole process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does.

My partner and I purchased a car from here today at a very good price. Peter was very helpful and friendly and both got to test drive the car which was great to see if it worked for us. Very happy with the car and even got to take it away the same day! Thankyou very much!

Purchased a ford transit connect from Ethan and Dan. Both were very helpful and easy to deal with. I was given a great price for my part x and was very pleased with my purchase. I identified a fault with the van within the warranty period. I liased with Ethan, sending videos of the fault and it was arranged by them to repair the vehicle.
Great customer service, great bunch of lads would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

The car description was brilliant and definitely caught my attention. Good number of photos gave a clear impression of the vehicle condition. Ethan kindly provided a walk through video too. We bought the car online and chose to have it delivered which was very prompt and within the promised timeframe. The cost of both the car and delivery was very fair. There were no surprises with the car and it’s exactly what I needed, I’m very happy! All in all a great experience due to the excellent customer service provided by Value Vehicles. What a refreshing experience! Ethan and his colleagues have a fantastic dealership, he got back to me first thing and gave me all the information on the car including the extensive history it had and then promptly sent me over a video tour. He was very thorough, even pointing out tiny marks or scratches, the condition is superb though especially given it’s 14 years old, the interior is pristine too! I was looking for a nice clean Mercedes c class and that is exactly what I have received, it’s a highly specced, low mileage beauty and it drives perfectly. Matt dropped off the car nice and early after a long drive from Colchester all the way to Worcester. I cannot recommend Value cars highly enough, in a time where there are so many unscrupulous dealers and scammers selling privately out there, it’s a breath of fresh air to find great honest guys selling great cars!

Excellent and efficient service. After searching for a car that was required urgently the journey from telephone to pick up was 5 star with a great salesman.

Value vehicles were really helpful when looking for a new car for my sons girlfriend, booked a test drive in advance, turned up as agreed and car ready to take out, no pushy in your face salesman. Left us alone to make a decision but still there for any questions that we needed answered. All in all would recommend VV to anyone looking at buying a car.
