I love my new couch so comfortable and stylish! It’s very hard to pick a couch on internet without even trying it but it did not disappoint. My living room is kinda small and it was hard to find a couch where I could lay my legs fully but not too big length wise. I also get the 2 years warranty cause I have a dog didn’t get to use it yet but let’s see !

I purchased the Charm 2.0 (king-size), headboard and night stands. I was so happy with the bed that I ordered a second one a few months later (queen-size) for a guest bedroom. Both orders arrived in good shape (the boxes were shipped/delivered with care). The set-up was quick and easy, and the beds are very sturdy.

Couch I got was exactly what I was expecting and very comfy. I believe ValYou is under new ownership and I know there were some bad reviews before but I made sure to speak with the customer team beforehand to make sure the couch was in stock and delivery would be on time. Came right on time for me! Great delivery service, right to my doorstep.

My experience was overall good. Quality of product is good, ordering experience easy. The only hiccup I had was a notification from the Shop app that my order was cancelled, which gave me a scare. The item arrived the very next day, however, so still happy.

We bought a beige 3-seater sofa from the Feather collection.
My husband thought I’d lost my mind: a light-colored sofa in a house with two little kids?!

But he’s admitted he was wrong. Twice.

First, when he saw how easily the covers come off and back. One wash and it looked brand new again.
And second, when we decided we needed more seating and simply added another middle armless module that clipped right in with the original one.

Now we’ve got the perfect cozy place, a happy husband, and a wife who (once again) was right.

The entire buying process was seamless and efficient. The selection of sofas and pillows were massive. I got myself a couch and it arrived on time! And with care! It’s a must recommend!
