Very responsive and professional service from Wendy

Wendy and Les are fantastic, their expert knowledge and robust advice make a real difference. Communication is excellent, with consistent follow‑up throughout the process, and they are always available for a chat whenever needed. My extended family and I have used VA Mortgages for over 15 years, and we would always recommend their service.

I cannot thank Mark enough for his endless patience and invaluable guidance throughout my rather complicated expat mortgage application. As a naive first time buyer applying for a mortgage from Saudi Arabia, during a Middle East conflict, things were not straight forward! Mark always communicated with kindness and support. I've been using Mark since my first mortgage around 15 years ago and to this day - I wouldn't go anywhere else, the level of service, speed, expertise and experience I believe can't be matched.

I've had affordability checks, moving parts, rate changes, issues with solicitors and more and Mark handles everything with ongoing advice throughout.

My latest mortgage, completing tomorrow, was at the lowest rate possible, which was adjusted and re-locked in before the rise. Not only that it was a company purchase which, again, Mark assisted with far beyond the fee (we even switched from personal to a company after financial advice and nothing was a problem).

If you're looking at this review whilst considering VA Mortgages, take it from me, you won't regret the service and you'll unlikely go anywhere else.

Had such a great experience working with Les to get our mortgage on our first home. He took away all the pain of trying to find the right mortgage for us and we didn’t feel as overwhelmed by the whole process. When it comes to remortgaging again we will definitely be in touch!

Buying a house is long and arduous due to all the red tape from the Government these days. Its nice to know that at least one element of the process is made easier, working with a broker like those at VA Mortgages. Would be happy to recommend their services to anybody that reads this.
