Wish I would have saw the reviews before hand. Ordered last month and now they will not reply to any emails. When I post a comment on IG they delete them! They are scamming people! Now I’ll have to dispute charges with my bank smh

Ordered from site in early April. Just received an email for a “pre shipment” may 28th. When questioned about items ordered “Team” is very condescending, talked to as if you don’t understand how shipping works. Was told items would be shipped the week of may the 11th but obviously that was a lie. Was also told that package would ship the week of the 18th but that again proved to be a lie. Then like most popular Instagram shops they have these “influencers” doing damage control. still have not received items or update if items were even sent to post office. I get that when you’re a small business stuff takes time but this is ridiculous..Customers appreciate clear communication especially when they’ve spent a lot of money trying to support a cool brand. **just posted on brands Instagram that stuff was shipped this week. The lies never stop with Miles and his GF!! Also the only good review on here is from the owner his self!

Fire clothing defiantly worth the wait. From other peoples reviews they just have to understand that’s how most IG small clothing brands are. I’ve ordered multiple times from them and the shipping and customer service has always got better each time

Ordered from this website, saw it on instagram
Ordered in April said it would take 6 weeks to ship since it’s a pre order. Been sending them emails and DMs just requesting a courtesy email or message just trying to find out what’s going on w the order. But now that I haven’t been getting any replies and it’s been 3 weeks since the package has been “PRE-shipped” I’m calling this a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS “SELLER” or instagram!

I ordered 3 shorts from them on 04/09 priced 95$ each. Website and instagram says 4-6 weeks shipped. It is now week 10 and still no shorts. They claimed the addition of pockets to their shorts was the reason for the delay in shipping for April orders, however many people who ordered still have yet to receive their shorts. They sent out tracking nearly two weeks ago and the shipping carriers have not received any packages from them as of 06/15. I would highly advise against buying from this website as they have no contact information besides their support email (which has never emailed me back once) and their instagram (which has comments disabled and never replies to dms), and their owner (@milesymiles on instagram/twitter) has done nothing to resolve shipping issues for their customers. Please do not buy from this scam company!
