I have had a great experience with Vanan services. Their turnaround is really quick and the translation is accompanied by a certificate of translation too. I used their services twice for my immigration paperwork, from French to English. I have not selected the mail option (only email), therefore I can't speak to how fast delivery is. Overall, I am satisfied.

I chatted with Aaron today, it took 30 minutes from the first question up to the payment. Aaron responded all my questions in a promptly and quick matter, he even gave me a 5% discounts because I was a referral from another friend. I asked to translate 6 documents, the charge was about $150, then asked for a expedite delivery and a hard copy with a reasonable extra charge. I had procrastinated too much on my side, thanks to Aaron, he helped me to do in 30 minutes what I had not done in 3 months.
