This is an attempt to recover my deposit. Ive been given the runaround from this company for almost 4 months

I'm still waiting on my refund from van ordered in February and failed to arrive. Order ref 41899655. When I receive my refund I'll stop telling people of the UK you are liars and cheats !

I have sent bank details to Joe for refund 6 days ago.

The salesman was polite and helpful but…

The salesman was polite and helpful but made a mess of his calculations. The quote he gave me was great so I accepted it only to find that he’d somehow miscalculated and it turned out to be a fair bit more expensive. I forgave him and accepted the new quote which included the maintenance package however here we are some 3 months later and I still have not managed to get the maintenance part attached to my monthly payments. To make things even worse the salesman now doesn’t answer my emails. It has been so long I am not absolutely sure when this started.

Pro's - Good choice of vehicles at low prices, purchase process well managed including finance.

Con's - Vehicle delivered with no documentation (delivery note or similar), should have arrived with a canopy fitted but this was missing.

We ordered a vehicle in early March

We ordered a vehicle in early March, we had major issues with before and after the delivery, the issues were eventually resolved and Vanaways representative Lillie-Mae Northover, was instrumental in solving the problems and extremely helpful, contacting us daily with updates of where we were with the issues. The issues never affected our trading as Vanaways made sure we continued to make our deliveries. Thanks Lillie-Mae, amazing Customer service skills.
Second vehicle with Vanaways and will go back again when the need arises.
